Got a poutine, there was very little gravy on it and the cheese was ice cold. They also started serving their queso cold, making it hard to dip food into and making it an unenjoyable experience. Pretzel sticks were also chewy and definitely should’ve been cooked for longer. Overall lots of little things could be improved and I hope it turns around soon.

Used to be great but gone downhill. Poutine container only.partially full. Blizzard cup isn't filled to top. French fries aren't filled in the container. Seem to scrimp on so many things. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or order in. At A+W and McDonald's don't charge extra for bottle water for drink that comes with combos. They do at DQ! Very disappointed!!

The young chap at the drive through window was refreshingly polite and a delight to chat with. The Rosetown prices are noticeably cheaper than the DQ in Lawson Heights. I thought he’d given me the wrong change. ??

Rolled in with a crew of 10 people on a road trip back to Edmonton. Ordered 6 burger combos and 4 chicken strip baskets. All the orders were correct and done quickly. All the more impressive as the staff was slammed for a lunch rush!

Forgot to post this.They had tried to scam me.I paid for my order and it declined for an unknown reason despite having more than needed for this order.Second time it goes through. Wait 5 minutes and they tried to get me to pay for it again, despite showing them that my order had gone through and showing them the charge on my bank account. Some guy tried to wave the decline sheet in my face and the girl that was trying to go along with him on it "but it declined" though it didn't.Food was cold, ice cream was melted and just an unpleasant experience in general.

Since y'all sell "Orange Julius" drinks. I have been disappointed not once, not twice, but FOUR times to be told "our machine for that drink isn't working" If I wanted a "smoothie" don't ya think I would have asked for one.

The last two times I’ve ordered the chicken salad, I’ve been given rotten food. The first time the lettuce was visually rotten. I don’t know how they missed that. The second time the egg based dressing was over a month old. Both of these times resulted in a trip back to the store. I don’t plan to eat here again. I don’t want to take the risk of getting food poisoning.
