We visited the drive-thru around 6:20 PM, and the associate named Baby was extremely rude while taking our order. When we arrived at the window, her behavior became even worse—she displayed a racist attitude and unnecessary hostility. We were so disappointed that we canceled our order and left. Tim Hortons is known for its reputation and customer service, so experiencing this kind of behavior from an associate was truly shocking.

Drive thru seemed fast but the inside was the slowest I have ever experienced. Took 20 mins to get thru 5 customers in front of me and their orders weren't that large. Lots of workers but still took too long.

If you have low cortisol levels come check out this spot. The level of muppetry is unrivalled. They will get your order wrong, you’ll wait for it and you’ll have no idea what they are saying. Classic Tim’s! Dank will never go to a Tim’s again.

It's filler food not a meal an very little passion gose into the food . It's good if you like certain items but a choice if on the run or busy . Your rushed threw an always a bit of a wait to have your turn . I personally don't care that it's what's available not what or how I prefer items .

There were at least 10 people working at the Rosetown location and 4 of us in line , over 10 minutes and I still hadn't reached the counter , not sure if that incompetent or too many people to function, either way I won't go back it recommend anyone stop there . Keep heading down the street to the A&W so much better

I saw mice running on the floor in the back and they ran into the frezzer and there was crickets in the donut display all and all very disappointed
