Walked into the store and immediately saw that more than half the tables were not clean. I was the only person there for a few minutes, but could not see anyone attempting to wipe them off. Kinda sad that the staff don’t look after the place. Adding this on edit. It is a great facility, presents well from outside.

Ordered an assorted pack of timbits this afternoon. Apparently “assorted” meant only getting two different kinds. Half of the timbits were dry, stale, and old. The customer service was bad. The ice caps were barely blended. I have got the wrong order in the past and nothing was done by management. Very disappointed at this point.

I didn’t know that self serve of drink tray is the trend now. Service is really bad, all employees don’t greet never heard any means of guest experience in this restaurant. The store is so dirty same as their washroom.

Went there for two coffees and spent ten minutes at the drive through window while the workers stood around and laughed. Totally disappointed with the service I was given tonight. Crap service, and a sorry while laughing does nothing but make me more upset then I already was.-10/10 I will never go back here, nor will I get family to buy me coffee while I’m down.
When ordering a decaf coffee, they said no. They didn't offer to make any!?Then they gave my husband a smaller sized coffee than he had ordered and paid for. We had to ask again for what he had ordered. They changed his drink size but really didn't seem to care. They were decorated for the holidays, but that is as far as the holiday spirit seemed to have gone. The apple fritters were ok.

Service was friendly but slow. They didn't have half of the things we tried to order (decaf, dark roast, espresso). I am not sure I have ever been able to get espresso when stopping at this location.

I have stopped at Tim's restaurant across BC, AB and SK for years and this restaurant is easily the worst. Orders regularly come out wrong. Drive thru takes over 10 mins no matter when you stop thru. I've had staff upcharge after I order and try to hide it. They basically throw food through the window, when it's ready, but make a point to say "have your payment ready". Did I mention the lengthy wait? This place just needs help, it sad.
