I bought an 25$ xbox giftcard yesterday at 2-3pm but idk why they dont gave me the receipt or anything when i came home and redeem the card but they said that the card hasn’t active so i hope 7 eleven can contact me and help me out.

Stopped by today, they refused to honour thier price tag on the shelf on a 2 for 1 deal in favor of the register charging 20% more than the listed price.

I just had 2 pizzas and a coke at this 7/11. The employee, MD Nazrul, was so patient and gave a call to confirm the deal and spent plenty of time to serve everybody right. I believe he deserves a raise? 5th of December 2021, at 22:46

WORST customer service EVER!!!! NOT accommodating what so ever, called in before hand to see if they carried a specific product and was told to go there to find out..super unhelpful

Came in late last night and there was a gentleman ordering some hot food. The employee working lost his patience very fast and resulting in a yelling fight between the two men. The customer was given the wrong meal and was simply asking him to fix it. The employee refused him service and kicked him out the store. Then attempted to justify his actions to me, very unprofessional and embarrassing.

African american guy this morning was very rude in all the customers. I also heard his convo with the other guy that he doesn’t want to park in specific area and ask him to move his car. In few hours my brother went to store but the door is closed. I thought 711 is 24/7?

I would give one star if I could. This place is an absolute joke. Multiple employees working at one time. But only one able to check customers out. Always a massive line and with covid it takes 10x as long to check out a person. No regard at all for a line of customers or how long it takes. Would turn my business elsewhere if possible. Terribly managed place
