Tired of this place messing up my Skip orders. It's ridiculous. They always get things wrong or sometimes things are outright missing. The food quality itself is OK but damn, is it so hard to follow a few simple instructions? Won't be ordering from this location anymore.

Don't laugh while walking up to the store at all the spilled drinks in the winter lol but nothing but good things I would say about here employees always friendly. Don't stop to shop to late or you might just run into Sleven right behind the door lol ..

Very bad attitude of lady worker , she looks angry , if you don't like your work is better quit and fund other job , your attitude will affect the place were you work , especially in a place where you have to deal with people

I'm going here everyday so it is what it is.This is nonsense to the people who complain about a messy store or cannot buy a ticket because it's for your cousin! Tell your cousin to go buy their own ticket.It is truly not the workers fault the place gets messy at times it is the customers. The staff here at the Pendygrasse Road location are the best. They do greet you when you enter.However. I do have an issue with the dude wearing the turban...I bought a lotto ticket from him and it wouldn't scan,I couldn't read what it said on the small sale paper but it did come up as red writing. Like a warning. I told him has this ticket been scanned already he said nothing. He used a different code to put it through. Tried to sell me that ticket and I said No! I bought a different one and that one went through no problem!!! He seemed upset and sweating cause I think I caught him trying to sell me a ticket that was scanned to check if it was a winner or not! Nice try dude.i was on to him ...great store though. So far he's my only complaint!!!?

Apparently whoever was handling skip orders at 6PM on October 11th lacks the ability to read. Or is simply so incompetent and unfulfilled with their job that they were willing to miss half the hot food order and substitute less expensive options without contacting the customer, which has regularly been done as a courtesy in the past. I'm simply tired of leaving skip reviews. So hopefully the location or company actually cares enough to read and handle it themselves. I've worked customer service and retail, so it's very easy for me to say that being given a very specified list of items and having an hour to put them in a bag, yet messing up the order so horrendously really just isn't acceptable. Yet it happens so unbelievably often.

Order 4 hot dogs from here around midnight and when i got my order 2 of them where missing along with my 2 coke coffees i ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Once dayshift and the manager leaves, this place crumbles. A couple weeks ago I went in during the evening when 13 people were in line. One staff was on cash and the other two were wandering around not looking to be doing anything meaningful. Myself and two others left before buying anything. I wish the manager/owner would work beyond 5pm to show his staff how the store should be properly run when he isn't around.

I've never had bad experience at this store my son and I go regularly for slurpees and they have not over charged us and we friendly and polite.. great service

literally so upset right now, i went into 7/11 at 12:20 ish and i asked for nacho cheese for my nachos. i get home to find out they secretly hid chilli sauce for HOTDOGS under the nacho cheese. very very VERY upset about this..
