Every time I have gone in I have had great service and delicious food. But I have yet to be able to successfully order from them online (and I have tried 5 times).
Their hours on their website don’t match their actual hours so it is hard to figure out when they are actually open. I have placed an order through their website and had it go through and then received a call half an hour later saying they are actually closed and they will refund the order. I have gone to the website to try to order during their advertised hours and the website will say “restaurant is not accepting orders at this time” or will let me go through all the motions of ordering and then say my order can’t be completed because the restaurant isn’t accepting orders. Given that they advertise themselves as a virtual kitchen, the problems with their online ordering are pretty annoying.
If you’re going in person, I would 100% recommend but if you are looking to order online, this place is not worth the frustration.

Received veggie burgers cold in the middle twice in take out (improperly cooked - outside was hot) and gave up. Prices are really good but still feels like a risk to me.

Had the Panear Burger and Masala Frys. Oh my goodness, I am in love. Services were fast, and the portion was spot on. I can't wait to go back. P.S. They do deals on wings on Wednesday for bone in!
