Bad service!i ordered two sp, they only gave me one!I waited for like 10 minutes! And they got my order wrong! Didn’t even gave me the receipt

Ordered a habanero chicken burger with a poutine and asked them to make it fresh specifically not in a rush and can wait on the side. The cashier agreed to it and still I get a cold burger with wrong mods and a cold super salty poutine. Highly disappointed. And this is not the first time. Every time I think about giving them another chance thinking that they’ve improved, they’ve just kept getting worse.

I used to like A&W. I still love their food! Some of the best fast food you can get. But it is not cheap anymore! $30 for two small burgers and two sides that’s ridiculous! Service was mediocre. It sure didn’t seem like anybody like their jobs.

First of all, I don’t appreciate my burger and food being dealt with with somebody not wearing gloves and I was told that they washed their hands in between each order. Well I’m sorry they don’t because I stood here and watched and I am a red seal cook not that has anything to do with it, but I don’t appreciate bare hands on my food

The cleanliness was horrible the floor was sooo sticky felt like u were walking on pop ordered a double teen got a single. The onions rings had pretty much had no batter on them so they were basically crispy onions then gentleman who were in there couldn’t stop swearing for a min
