Came for breakfast. Sausage and egger coffee hash brown. They had a sign sausage egger coffee 4.99. I said ok and I will have a hash brown. So she made it a combo. Cost me 9.85 instead of 8.84. Asked about the price, was told I made a combo. Not coming back

Very disorganized inside. I had to repeat what I wanted three times and then had to get someone to come help take the order and they still got the order wrong. Food was very good but management need to figure things out cause staff had no idea what is going on

March 25, 2025- I ordered , double checked the order,it 20 mins to the window and still got all the orders wrong. Corrected it and they told me to wait in front and still it took another 15 mins to get my order.. I don't know if management knows what drive Thur means , it means quick grab and go.. not wait for 35 mins .. worst experience.. I hope management will pay attention to it.

On my 15-minute break, I thought I would stop by to get some lunch. I waited 18 minutes for the two cars in front of me. If there were large orders, I would understand, but two cars with one bag each? The burger was dripping with grease, and although I asked for fries, I received onion rings, which I don't like. I will never return to this location. $20 down the drain. Thanks, A&W!

Friendly and clean but my breakfast sandwich and hash browns were literally dripping with grease. I don't remember A&W food ever tasting this awful. From now on I'll stick to their onion rings.
