Two times I’ve been there. I ordered the first time a teen burger. I got nothing on it except a burger and a little bit of mayo went there tonight. Got a chicken crisper BLT. I got one tiny piece of strip of bacon on it a huge piece of lettuce and a tiny piece of tomato no mayo no nothing. The worst A&W I’ve ever been to will never return there.. And it’s always late at night, so the five star reviews must be from during the day because the night staff definitely does not deserve five stars

I was going to give my review on food but when i saw there response to this review i was totally shocked. Lady in the below picture is saying how badly she got hurt during her visit and the people in the store are saying thank you for your stars.

On July 22 went for birthday supper the kids wanted to take me out we went to a and w at 250 Kensington Blvd we ordered and while the kids were getting the drinks I went to the washroom as I went to get ready to sit down I slipped on water that was on the floor hitting my right knee into the toilet bowel and my back into the top of the toilet back there was no wet floor signage I came out of the washroom sore I had a couple of bites of my food and then we left cause I was sore and upset so if u need to use the washroom here be careful
First of all they gave mine and my husband's food to another couple,and still messed up our order won't be going back to this location again

Probably the Worse burger I ever had from a and w the bun was half Stale what happened was always my Favorite not going to this Location again.

When the order for four meals was being made a few wanted/needed changes to their meals. One customer wanted extra bacon and extra cheese. The kitchen staff put one slice of cheese and one slice of bacon while giving the customer a dirty look. They were charged for the extras.
Next customer ordered a chicken burger with no mayo because of a severe dairy allergy. . When they received it was coversd in mayo. The customer had to reorder it and again was given dirty looks by the kitchen staff. Both customers witnessed the staff giving the chicken burger that was returned and picked through to make sure there was no mayo, was given to another customer.
Three of these customers also witnessed the kitchen staff dropping their onion rings on the floor, picking them up and putting them back in the back. This happened Wednesday June 10th around 7pm.
