I just really like double buddy burgers and love grampa burgers!
Ordered a burger for my daughter WITH CHEESE it cost a $1 more, what a rip off $1 for a piece of cheese. When we left she started to eat the burger and guess what...... NO CHEESE in the burger. I paid a $1 for a piece of cheese that we never got.

Me and friends went to AW we all were using a coupon and the woman wouldn't let us use them. She said since we were sitting at one table together we could only use 1 coupon. Get with the times A&W. So what would've been $70 in their pockets ended up as them losing customers forever! We went down the street and ate at Montanas and had a nice dining experience for LESS that A&W would've cost (with the coupons!!? Crazy I know!)
A few days later a friend told me about a similar experience that he faced at this location as well - 2 professional couples, first time customers at this location, lady wouldn't let them each use a coupon. In this case, the cashier could run them In separately but refused. This place is the worst.
