I ordered a special with an add on and extra burger. I probably made a mistake in how I ordered the extra burger. When it arrived it wasn’t as expected. The great server apologized once I explained what I had wanted. He came back with what I was hoping for and said “ our mistake”! I will definitely be back. The food was very fresh and great.

No matter when you go, you will be waiting a while in the drive through. The drive thru is tight so make sure you are aware of your vehicle size and don't have anything hooked up (trailers etc) or too wide of side mirrors. Staff is usually nice. Sometimes they show they don't want to be there. Overall okay experiences.

All the tables are dirty, staff doesn't have a break room so they sit at the tables, taking up a while booth. Ketchup was empty, dirty dishes were piled up.
Waited in front of the Till for 10 minutes without having our order taken. We just wanted some Onion Rings, nothing else, but while waiting saw the price for a serving of Onion Rings was nearly $7, for that price I went and bought the ingredients to make them myself, and ended up with 10 times the amount of rings we would have gotten in the order!
Service and Serving Sizes are both atrocious. But at least the restaurant looks good.

Two times I’ve been there. I ordered the first time a teen burger. I got nothing on it except a burger and a little bit of mayo went there tonight. Got a chicken crisper BLT. I got one tiny piece of strip of bacon on it a huge piece of lettuce and a tiny piece of tomato no mayo no nothing. The worst A&W I’ve ever been to will never return there.. And it’s always late at night, so the five star reviews must be from during the day because the night staff definitely does not deserve five stars
