UPDATE: January 31st, 2025 @ 4:01pm Eggers are all day. Refused order as they had none made & I believe they didn't want to make them. HAD to order something else. Paid @ 4:03pm. Recieved @ 4:07pm. 4 mins still to wait for a burger & fry; fry that wasn't even salted by the way (food stars got reduced)

If you want good service and accuracy, donāt go here! Horrendously poor as they donāt double check their orders, and extremely expensive. $29 for two people with one teen burger, a teen burger combo with onion rings, a coffee and an apple turnover. They forgot my onion rings and combo drink, the drink was mainly foam. Donāt go here.

The cooking oil at this location is smelly....it's not changed ...and hence the food tates so bad...I have been at other A&w locations way better food....

Long wait when no line took 10 min to get 2 burges that where ordered with extra sauce and came out with next to no sauce and where ice cold

Ordered a chubby chicken burger and it tasted like old rancid oil. Also the burger looked completely flat. It was awful. The Onion rings would have been nice but they tasted like old oil as well. Change The Oil. It's gross. $16 I should have asked for money back.

The worst A&W I've ever been to. Burgers always taste off, can't cook onion rings correctly or fries. Even the pop was watery.
Stopped at Lawson Heights Mall location, A&W seems to be very consistent and teen burger tastes same as it did 45 years ago.

I was served raw chicken and stale fries. Luckily I noticed the chicken was a bit too chewy and I was able to spit it out in time, but if i hadnāt i wouldāve gotten extremely sick. The service was terrible, they refused to give my sister (who bought the food) a refund and she paid around $16 for both of our orders. We were unable to finish the food because we both lost our appetites. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. if i could give this place negative stars, i would.

This location is very slow, they had absolutely nothing ready and everyone there was standing around waiting for their food. Our food was ok but nothing special for the price and my drink was room temperature with no ice and didnāt feel full.
