Were the only ones in the drivethru. Reasonable time. Before 9PM. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the wrong order. Didn't find out till we got home.

Very disappointed. Fast food is neither fast, cheap, or good any more.

I’m surprised how bad this A&W has got over the years, especially the prices like how is regular meal $30? You think with $30 you should get an exquisite meal but in reality you get a flat ass rootbeer and Burger and fries that taste like cow maneuver between two pieces of bread. Don’t get me started on the service every time I come to this A&W. I have to wait at least 30 minutes for my food.
But the only redeeming feature that this A&W has is its employees very responsible and respectful.

Since when did they start charging for the mayo packages???? For four mayo packages it was $2.66 What's next, going to be charged for ketchup?!?!? I'll be taking a very long break from fast foods which I may as well, since the food has gone downhill as well.

The staff were very friendly, and even took extra efforts to assist a couple with limited mobility, by bringing their order to their table for them. It was very pleasant to see the excellent customer service at this location.

Don't believe the all day breakfast sign. Fake advertising. They just do nasty breakfast sandwiches. That's their idea of all day breakfast

Quick stop today. Well staffed and very clean. Overheard the counter person help out a customer who was struggling with an online order. Nice work. Have the ruffles crunch teen burger.

Took 20min to get sit in breakfast. Flies everywhere in the restaurant. Extremely slow service for every customer coming in. Getting everything wrong and missing stuff. Doormat caught the door as my mother was opening it nearly causing her to smash her face on the door. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Wouldn’t eat at this A and w again if it was the last place on earth with food.
