I have been to this place twice. Their service is awesome and the environment is great. They always gave fresh order either it’s in person or delivery. For the first time I ordered Masala veggie burger from uber eats and was surprised to see the little treats they packed, and the ketchup pouches they gave me as I didn’t ordered ketchup. I really liked their service as I ordered from other branches as well but never expected this kind of treatment or nice service. If I compare this stonebridge location with other one then I would say this is the best place. The other location I went to and ordered the food was not so fresh and they didn’t even packed your food nicely. I definitely had a great experience.

It’s was 30.00 for two adults to have burgers and root beers (one of the burgers a value/buddy burger) and share an order of rings! Crazy work - and it wasn’t great food at all. The rings were too salty/seasoned and the burgers were greasy.

We went to the drive through at 2pm today since we haven't eaten all day, and I got the chubby chicken cruncher. I gotta say I'm disappointed. It's different from before. This chicken burger that I got for my lunch looked and tasted upsetting. You can even see that it isn't appetizing. And even judging by the color of the lettuce, it was not good. My husband and I have been going here for years. Service has always been good. But the quality, what happened? :( It doesn't even look like the burger they have on their website. Not sure how long I'll be taking a break from this location. Hopefully next time I'll enjoy my meal. I'll update when I've tried again.

I went there today and I wanted fish but they said they were out of it and I was pretty mad and ready to just leave the lady at the counter offered me teen Burger with discount that changed my mind and my mood i just want to say, it really shows they are trained well in customer service. I appreciated that a lot.

I tried the A&W Masala Veggie Burger and honestly, I really liked it. The patty had a nice, warm masala flavour without being too spicy, and the texture was perfect—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The fresh veggies and soft bun made every bite feel balanced and satisfying.

It’s a great option if you’re vegetarian or just want something different from the usual. I’d definitely have it again, though a little extra sauce or spice would make it even better.
