The wait time for drive through is supposed to be 90 second to 2 minutes. It took over 6 minutes and they screwed up the order on top of it. There was no apology for the wait time. It was 8:30 pm at night with only 2 vehicles in front of me and neither vehicle in front of me had big orders. For a 35$ order it doesn't make me want to go back to this location anytime soon. With knowing a supervisor at another location I know how terrible this is.

The last 2 times I had been to A&W within the last week, i made an order for a double buddy burger combo and unfortunately both times the burger was messed up. The first time customer service was excellent, they were respectful and apologetic but unfortunately today it was not. I visited a&w at 11:14pm on october 31st and i waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to get my order taken and i had to repeat my order after the worker said she was ready then proceeded to ignore my entire order and then asking for it again but still having it be messed up. disappointed to say the least hope they can get their stuff in line and come out with better customer service.

Surely it can’t be a coincidence, the past three times that I have gone here the worker has said they are out of onion rings. I have never experienced this at any of the other locations.
