Came in at 440pm expecting it to be busy and although it was, I was greeted with exceptional customer service skills by the drive through lady… i believe her name was Simarpreet.
I find most fast food workers these days are lazy and ignorant but she was far from that. 10/10 will be back

This place is dirty, not a wiped table in this rather large dining room. Bathroom was out of papertowel. Two people, $40 bucks and filth.

Waited in drive thru 15 minutes, screwed up my order and refused to change it. What a waste of time

I am an Indigenous woman and I had to abruptly use the washroom tonight as I just came in from out of town so I pulled into A and W on 8th street on Wednesday May 28th, 8:35 PM. I went inside to the washroom and as I was using the washroom a female employee came in did not use the washroom but basically stood behind me as I washed my hands. She just stood there staring at me. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was going to pick up a burger and fries but due to what I experienced I decided to pick up food elsewhere. I am a foodie at heart and I travel and place reviews based on experience. I can say that this establishment trains their employees to to follow Indigenous people into the washroom as I cannot see any other reason as to why an employee would feel the need to do this? I am also completing my second bachelor degree so I am a people analyst and watcher. I did notice that the employee came out of the washroom directly after I left the washroom so she did not use the washroom to wash her hands. This to me is also a food hazard because she basically touched a dirty door handle to enter the washroom, did not wash her hands then exited and went directly back to the food station. If you become ill at this restaurant I would definitely document the date, time and keep your receipt and see a physician to have it documented. The employees are not following health procedures.

I was told at this location today that they no longer participate in the one cup program. very annoying since I bought the cup and haul it around expecting to get a discount. also their tables are usually dirty.

ALLERGENS
I called to inquire about allergens. I asked to speak to a manager. The person I spoke to was unable to provide me with an answer to "do the sesame seed buns have egg" It was dissapointing and concerning that someone with a manager title could not answer the question. There was an overlay of a young female talking with ignorance about allergens.
The reason I called is because the website does not have mayonnaise listed as a hamburger topping when we all know it's a staple there.
So as much as they say they strive for customer satisfaction, they aren't cutting it.

GROSS. If 0 stars was a rate that’s what I’d give! I was so hungry, took a bite of my teen burger. I was not satisfied with a rotten burger, sour tomato and burnt bacon! Most disgusting A&W I’ve EVER had! I called the store to let them know about my burger, a female employee told me to “just wait” she hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone after that. Looks like the rotten burger was not a problem to them!

Nice A\\u0026W branch located on 8th Street. It's close to Amazing Stories too, which gives it plenty of reason to be visited. The food there is just like any other A\\u0026W. The service isn't so bad either, overall it's a great place to visit
