I always come here in the mornings for coffee. Staff are usually very friendly. Unfortunately service is always slow and there's barely anyone working. I always have to wait a long time to order breakfast..

We stood in the drive thru for like 10 mins at 11pm yesterday but nobody answered and when we came back to the drive thru again nobody asked for the order. I further drove to the window and the lady said they’re busy (there was like 2 cars in the drive thru and the dine in was closed). Wasted half an hour there.

I get a modified order and they are very good about accommodations at this location, which I cannot say about every A&W although it is part of their Point of Sales systems that modifications are allowed :)

The drive thru was tore apart but no signage for closure. Came inside to a putrid smell of urine and noticed signs on both bathrooms that they were closed. I surely hope this is not for a sewage issue as they’re still serving food

Food is good, but god damn were they shortstaffed. Took almost five minutes at the drive thru speaker, and several more waiting to pay. Last time I was in there, they were short staffed too, the humbuzz of the lights was louder then my voice, and the floor was dirty. Also, line inside was long, and time to get food was even slower. Do better.

We came for breakfast this morning and it was very good! Staff were super friendly and our food was fresh and delicious. Our breakfast was delivered to our table in just a few minutes. We will be back!
