At nov/4/‘23 10:50 am, I ordered a sandwich. I could see through the window where they slide the food out how the sandwich was made and the person preparing it was no wearing gloves and was pretty much touching all components of the food bare handed. I saw this man touch his face and his ears, then go back to food prep without hand hygiene. I also saw this person touch the coffee machine and other things. Very gross and unsanitary. There needs to be better standards. Not satisfied.

I was at center mall and odered pancakes the lady at the counter didn't look to see what supplies to replenished so she tells me after my pancakes are finished that she has no more Syrup,isn't staff required to replenish supplies before the facility opens,I ate them cause I didn't want to waste food as I live 9n a strict budget but I won't going to that A\u0026W ever again it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Dined at the mall for dinner this evening and ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with a small root beer ($14). The lady who took my order was kind and thorough enough to tell me it would be a 12 minute wait. Once the food was ready she called my name and thanked me for waiting. The burger was delicious and comparable to a restaurant-style burger. Highly recommend!

Was buying a chicken sandwich kids meal for my granddaughter. It comes with pickles and mayo . I asked for no pickles but could I get a piece of lettuce on it ? They were charging me 40 cents for a piece of lettuce. She said if you add any vegetable that is the charge . Which is fine but I was leaving a vegetable off so could it just be substituted? The answer was no even though they weren't giving me a 40 cent credit for taking a vegetable off. The supervisor even came out from the back . I just asked couldn't a piece of lettuce be put on instead of pickles. She said no . I myself would have just substituted. I worked in a QSR for many years and would have just done it. I don't understand why these places can't make a decision outside of the box. Especially if it is a common sense request. Disappointed.

The food was delicious as usual. My Teen Burger was an on sale and I had sweet potato fries and a drink. I don't think I've ever been disappointed by the food at A&W.

Love the burgers but they have become so small loke when you order a teen it comes with bacon since when is 2 half slices of 1 long bacon count at 2 slices of bacon, but I love the burgers so much I'll never stop going ever, bit wish I could meet the guy on the TV he seems like someone I just want to say how much I appreciate the food, and shake his hand

Was a bit disappointed when I was told it'd be an 8 minute wait on a Beyond Meat burger. Went with the papa burger, which was good, as always.

In 8th street. A & W they checked our prove of covid-19 vaccination that's perfectly right...but they wanted to see my pR card...why? They didn't check all ones who was there ....because of we Muslim that's y? Y this racism...... They didn't checked white people's PR card....that was so unfair.....y They need proof that I have PR or citizenship....so rude....

Always so good! Never have to wait more.than 5 minutes for fresh food, made well, staff is awesome, and like I said best fast food. Won't find a burger that good that quick anywhere else. Always coupons to online to get a really good deal
