Everything was fresh to order, burger was well seasoned, juicy and had a soft bun, fries were crispy and delicious. Sure it wasn't cheap but solidly my favorite burger in town.

We did a big staff lunch order and a few items got mixed up. Their phone wasn’t working, so we had to head back in person, which was a bit of a hassle. But once we got there, they listened, fixed everything up, and made sure the order was right. In the end, great service and amazing burgers — worth it!

I had high expectations for this place as the reputation for burgers is great! The burgers are good but they’re certainly not the best. I’m glad I stopped in but I probably wouldn’t return. The food is not a stand out for me.

First time at Ace Burger. Seriously, the best burger I have had in a very long time. The bun fits the burgers, so no tons of extra bread! Onion Rings were amazing too! The only thing I didn't like was that the table tops were sticky and not cleaned (window too), and the floor was also quite sticky. (feels weird when your feet stick to the floor and the chair doesn't slide easily haha) Otherwise, I give it full marks for an awesome meal and look forward to going back and trying other options. Staff were also very friendly and when I asked for a cloth to do the table, he immediately came out and did it for us. Good job for the prompt correction.

I went there with my family on Sunday 11:00 am，we were the first table of customer. Took 27mins for making four burgers and one cheese fries，and told us they ran out of eggs（first order during the entire day）. Also，while I was ordering，the server never asked me to dine in or take out，they directly gave me a to go bag which means I paid 12% tip for a ‘to go’ meal. NO SERVICE AT ALL. Burgers are pricy，two tiny burgers+one fries+two drinks are over$40. And bacon is tooooooo salty，the size of burgers are kids size……We literally finished the burger within 3 mins. Won‘t go there anymore！！

Two young staff working alone. The cashier was friendly. BUT they did not have cheese for poutine AND no gravy. You have like 5 items burger fries poutine and onion rings! And meat in the burger is minimal. And majorly Smokey. Hard to sit in. Floor sticky to walk on.
