Just making those aware who plan on eating here that you might have to deal with someone making fun of you for the way you look. It was 10 at night , I had a long day and I’m sorry I didn’t look the best to the adult manager at Arby’s . This was 9:00 pm on tuesday December 1st.

So, I have been a dedicated customer to Arby's since I was 18 and I am 52 now. My wife and I went for lunch yesterday (Sunday) and I saw that they were re-introducing the Philly... The Philly Beef and Swiss used to be my go to, but unfortunately they discontinued it. That really hurt my heart but, that didn't stop me because I was truly a fan of Arby's and their roast beef. Now after trying the new re-invented Philly, I say..... Arby's please bring back the old one (needless to say it failed). Anyways , I had also ordered #2 the 1/2 pound regular meal and the first bite broke my heart. They started slicing the meat thinner which in turn changed the taste and texture of the sandwich. Not happy at all!!!!!!! The Regular is now mushy, I thought that was part of the Phillies changes but no it was not because the Regular was the same. My wife laughed at me and said I was being ridiculous, until I asked and they confirmed slicing the beef thinner because a customer complained...... Well now I'm complaining . YOU GUYS ARE RUINING A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL SANDWICH!!!!! PLEASE say consistent don't change you don't have to be like all those other guys. I will give you 5 STARS when you start slicing the meat to the original thickness.

They ran our of Arby's sauce, how in the heck do your run out of signature sauce. On top of it all they didn't even say anything before we ordered and when I asked if they knew before I ordered they said yes and just said it sucks.
The staff knew what they were doing and the food was great.

Used to like Arby’s but had the Philly was big mistake worst sandwich I have ever had did not taste like a Philly at all loaded with spices like thyme or something similar could hardly eat it.. try the chicken bacon Swiss and also was terrible.. buyer beware and will not ever return to Arby’s again…

I went without my boyfriend. He was in a timeout. Curly fries were good. The horse sauce (whatever that is) gave me the poops but i knew it was going to. I frankly get the poops even thinking about arbys. Dont feel bad tho, I thought about getting burger king and felt the same way. Thats why i decided to gamble with arbys. I like ringin that bell. I think i Pavloved myself. Anyhow, the meat mountain was super greasy, just the way i like it. 3/5
