Had a bad day today. The beef and Swiss was sub par. The bun was very dry and the beef was cold,, did not even affect the cheese.looks like only half of the beef was added if compared to the advertised picture. The poutine was warm and only according to the gravy. Would have been cold as well if gravy was not added. Also having a communication issue on drive thru speaker, hard to understand them

went through drive through and got told to move ahead for 1 sandwich and fries had to go in eventually after waiting 5 minutes and seeing 4-5 cars go pass me , food was just sitting there no wonder why they shut down the other place

Fast fresh clean and tasty. It can get busy at peak times, but it is worth the wait for an alternative to the generic deep fried junk and burgers found elsewhere.

Crispy chicken was uncooked, so disgusting I will never eat there again…..curly fries had absolutely cold and no flavour waste of $35.15 for 3 sandwiches, large curly fries and a large ice tea, outrageous price !!!!!

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches and I was super excited to hear they have a Nashville chicken sandwich. Arby's failed completely with this. A low budget Frozen "Walmart" quality chicken patty, with maybe a teaspoon of Nashville "popcorn" seasoning on it and 0 pickles? What the heck Arbys?
You want a good "fast food" Nashville chicken sandwich, A&W, that's where to go, their patty is soaked in a liquid Nashville sauce, dripping, and just full of heat and that classic Nashville flavor and the perfect pickles to compliment it. Learn Arby's, learn from your mistakes and be better. :( Such a disappointing lunch today.

I wish there was another Arby’s closer to 8th street. Even this place is a bit far from our place, we can’t resist the taste and come all the way ?the meat in beef’n cheddar is real beef, not mixture. Slow cooked and tender. We love it.

The classic tasted old. The roast beef was shredded, meat tastes like it sat in a broth . Whitish add sauces when requested. Current fries were strange as well. I'm usually a fan of Arby's. This will be the last and only time I stop at this location.
