I ordered delivery of Dinner for 1C. When it arrived, 1) I got vegetables instead of chicken chow mein 2) I got chicken balls instead of shrimp 3) I only got the sweet n sour sauce WITHOUT any ribs in the container -just s&s sauce with nothing to go with it.When I called to tell them what went wrong with my order, the guy said it was MY fault for not specifying exactly what I wanted. I said excuse me? I always just say I want a dinner for 1C and I've never had any problems until today. He said "ok, I give u a $5 credit under your name". I asked if he wants to know my name, he says "I already have number and address, ok thank you, bye" then he just hung up on me.The service was terrible, my order was missing items and I strongly doubt I'll get any $5 credit. I would not order here again as they seem to make mistakes with the order then blame the customer. I give the service here 1 star out of 5. I would not order from Asian Kitchen again!
Ordered a few dishes but one was chicken chow mein and thought it came with thin noodles from the picture but was thick noodles, called them up and they made us one with thin noodles right away and let us keep the other as well. Were very kind and understanding and everything tasted great! Would order again 100%
