I had the sirloin steak and my girlfriend had the classic burger and both were made perfectly! The drinks were very good and the waitress we had was very good and accommodating. My girlfriend asked for the recipe for a dip that came with our starter and the waitress went to the chef and asked for the recipe and came back and explained it too us! Overall, was a perfect date night and very happy we made it before Ayden closes! Thank you!

This place is sick. People, food, booze. Definitely going to be missed, hit it up tomorrow for the last night. Also 10th and 11th of July, they have a sale. Hit it up. Good luck on the next venture!

I've been wanting the Ayden burger for quite some time. The meat was very fresh and exceptional quality and texture. The bun was very fresh with good texture as well. I highly recommend the fries. We had the ‘Season of the Witch' off the cocktail menu, because why wouldn't you. It was smoky and licoricy goodness. I recommend Ayden for quality, and it's priced accordingly

They specifically say to inform them if more than two hours is required. It was only because of their slow service more than two hours was required. We arrived at 6pm for our 6pm reservation, we were seated quickly, our server greeted us within 5 minutes, took our drink, appetizer and mains order within another 10 minutes and our drinks and appetizers arrived at 6:35pm which we finished by 6:45pm. It was after 8pm before our meals arrived and we were hungry...hangry actually. One of my guests had cold french fries. If anything should be served hot at an upscale restaurants it's french fries. Server put wrong plates in front of wrong persons. Unfortunately the well intended servers were poorly tipped based on the kitchen's slow service and cold food.

Worst experience since it opened. Half of the steak for fat. Soooooo expensive. We know you you are closing that's why we wanted to support you. But this is the most expansive dinner for portions. Thanks why you should close. Thanks

The server came after almost an hour n told us there was a glitch in internet when she rang in our order n therefore it did not go through so they making it now. We both ordered burgers well done so that will take extra time we were told. We still waited over half an hour while everyone else got their food. If ours was “glitched “ why was it not made a priority after having found out the kitchen never received the bill. I think server lied and just may have forgotten to ring it in. Food was ok but portion sizes are terrible for the price. Tables were sticky feeling and extremely small for 2 people

Paid $30 for this fried chicken special last Wed. night, only because their regular menu had nothing better to offer. i will certainly admit the chicken was tasty, but now i fully understand why they are closing their doors permanently this summer! We had some gift cards we had acquired through the RUH hospital fundraiser and therefore had to use them up before they closed- don’t waste your money on this place is my advice as they are WAY overpriced!!

Our first visit to Ayden did not disappoint. The food and staff were fabulous. Alyssa recommended the tasting menu which was a fantastic call! She was engaging, friendly and on point with her recommendations. Fantastic service and food and props to the chef. Will come back 100%.

We were really excited to try this restaurant, however, we did not feel the food was good at all. My husband Burger was cold and half the fries were. The flavour of my steak tasted like black licorice, which was odd. The drinks were subpar

We ordered the 4-course meal and each course was superb. We also ordered the wine pairings and were pleased with the bartender's conscientious attention to our preferences. We enjoyed all four of his selections. Morgan, our waitress, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to easily answer all of our questions. We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. The complimentary Madeleines dessert was a perfect ending to our meal. We are very sad to hear that Ayden and Sticks and Stones are both closing. We are counting on owner Dale McKay to continue to provide the delicious food we have come to expect and enjoy at his restaurants. We eagerly await news in that regard.

The server did not tell us about the specials. The additional serving staff that popped by the table to gather dishes were not personable at all. The dish I had was the pork loin with rhubarb etc. The broccoli was charred and tasted like charcoal. The pork loin was undercooked and somehow yet dry. The sauce was heavily ladled on. The combination of flavours was a huge failure. There was no plate presentation at all. I could not eat my meal. That plate was valued at $39. I don't mind paying that much but I would then expect top notch quality and flavour. This experience was a massive disappointment. What a pity.

I had a reservation and then they told us we only had the table for 2 hours. Kept watching us and made us feel very rushed and not welcome. After spending 300+, would have liked to enjoy the stay.

The staff were nice and we had Travis who was a barstaff tending to us, and recommended a wonderful cocktail. The beef tartare was the best I've had. The pork loin was thick and its fat tasted like delicious crispy pork skin. Service was good as the staff was very friendly and timely. The decor was interesting and provided a different ambiance. Would come here for special occasions.
