I called for pick up she told she would be open 3-7 but when I showed up the place was closed and she stopped answering her phone, I’m very disappointed, very unreliable

Absolutely love the food, service is very friendly and chill. Sometimes they are backed up, but I assume it's because the food is so great!
Frybread tastes plain and too canola oily. Crusty outside. Lacking inside, not dense. Kinda cold. Gets hard fast, doesn't keep. Left me feeling hungry after and too greasy. Inconsistent cooking, some parts under-fried n some parts over-soaked. It's pretty white n yellow. Not golden or brown. Recipe reminds me of yt ppl tryin to do it. I've had way better from aunties, kohkoms, Boxcar Cafe, and places in Edmonton n south in treaty 4. Hope they can keep working on their craft and improve to deliver for Saskatoon in a good way.

Bannock Express offers up an amazing burger, but let's be honest, you are there for the Bannock. I didn't know too much about this amazing treat until I moved to Saskatoon, but Bannock Express offers an absolutely incredible Bannock.

Wow! You won't want to go anywhere else for true Canadian Indigenous cuisine. Bannock Express is truly the definition of a hidden gem! We called and placed an order an hour before closing. The lady who took our order was incredibly kind and helpful with our questions. When we came for pickup everyone greeted us with a smile and they let us know our food would be out ASAP. The Auntie Burger was one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. The kids all loved the Bannock Berry Bites (go big or go home, we ordered 24)
Bannock Express has definitely has something for everyone, take a chance I guarantee you'll be glad you did!

The burgers are AMAZING! The best burger I’ve ever had, charred to perfection and the uncle burger comes with this amazing spicy blueberry sauce that is absolutely DIVINE. Super affordable too!! The lady that runs the place is very sweet and is looking out for your best interest. 10/10 would recommend, best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

So disappointed with my service lately. A couple weeks ago they posted a fb burger special giving you a bannock burger, fries, pigs in a blanket and wings for $20. There was a deal on bannock berry bites and some popular rasp lemonade. I emailed that I wanted to order two of the burger meals, 2 lemonades, a berry bites and I inquired how much some extra bannock would be. Arranged to pick my order up at 5:15. I got there and the guy working said he would be a few minutes as he had the maple wings done but needed to do the rest. Oh and they were out of the lemonade so I said another they had was fine. I asked if they had any bannock and he said he was out but would make it work. Said I could wait in my car. Almost half hour later he comes out with my order to my car. I get home only to discover all I had was one burger(not the meal), bannock bites and 2 large bannock(I was expecting smaller as I have never seen them make bannock that big)and my two drinks.
I emailed to complain that I had not gotten even close to what I had ordered and never heard back so I posted a comment on a fb post and Rachel asked if they can replace my order the next day. I said that would work. Next day was Sunday and I emailed my order in again and never heard back till too late. Rachel said she wasn’t at her desk and to call my order in Tuesday.
Tuesday comes and I call and speak with her husband and place my order. He apologizes that they have no wings tho(this was to come with the offer) but said he would book my order for the next day and would have wings then. And was gonna throw in some extra wings and pigs in a blanket to make up for all this headache. Ok, sweet! Later that day I realized I had made a mistake on my shift the next day and so while he said he was putting me down for pickup on Wed at 5:30 I had to reschedule it for 6:15. So Wed I call and speak to a lady and let her know I would be a little later as I had messed up what time I was working till and she said she was aware of the situation as she was working the day before but she said she has no wings. I said Rachel’s husband promised he would have wings for me today. She said there was none. So not only was there no wings for the order as promised no one thought to communicate that to me knowing I had this planned to pick up. She said Rachel was in Calgary till the weekend.
At this point tho I have given up. I have always valued this business and tell everyone they have the best bannock in town but this experience has left me sour and I won’t be suggesting them for awhile at least. The customer service just wasn’t there and no one seemed to know what was going on.

Rachel and her team are amazing! The food is delicious and hands down the best bannock in town!! Call or check Facebook to see if they are open before you go as they have been very busy with catering orders, but if they are open I HIGHLY recommend ordering from there. SSSOOO good! Any burger on the menu is always amazing!
