Placed my order at 8:30 this evening, got told it would be 10-15. Pulled up at 8:48.. I’ve been waiting since then for my meal, for the record it’s 9:22. Still haven’t received my order or any word on when I will get it. All I got was wings & some deep fried Mac and cheese, things that should take 10 minutes in the deep fryer have me sitting waiting here for almost half an hour. They got kids running this shit like they’re know what they’re doing. Super dissapointed. Got multiple other customers in here waiting and pissed off, not a good look

Don't even bother ordering through uber eats at this location (fairlight dr), I've had my order canceled 3 times for items that were "out of stock". The last time before tonight was over a year ago, i figured I'd try them again tonight, and lo and behold my order was canceled within minutes cause what I ordered was out of stock.....
If your going to get delivery from big wings I'd suggest ordering from the central ave location, I've never had an issue from there besides the food being cold sometimes since it's so much further away from where I live. But at least they actually have the product they have advertised on the app, and the food quality is better at that location too tbh.
All in all, I'd personally recommend avoiding the Fairlight dr location, whoever is running this location is clearly incompetent.

Went there to pick up a take out order and spent so much time waiting (at least 25min) when it was supposed to be ready when I arrived that I had to cancel the order. There was 5 other customers waiting and didn't look happy. The Manger working the front counter was short and snapped at the customers in person and on the phone. Also, he looked baked out of his mind. His eyes were "red as the sun" as they say. He was yelling at the cooks in the back who were messing up orders. The counter was covered with order slips. The worsed run kitchen I've ever seen and I worked in kitchens for over a decade.

I was craving a chicken cesar salad so badly but I was so disappointed when i started eating and realize that the lettuces were warm, and they drown the lettuce in cesar salad dressing just disgusting. Also I got fries and they were so down salty I couldn't even eat them.

Wow. I am in disbelief. After placing an order and having to wait 2 and a half HOURS, they somehow forgot a big part of my order. I call them and they claim they will send it out but there is nothing they can do because there is no drivers in the building. If you are going to be promoting on skip, you should use skip drivers!! Reading the reviews, they seem to constantly have these problems. Don’t even bother ordering from here.

Ordered 2 pounds of ribs. They were soggy and too juicy. Should have known something was up. Both of us were in the bathroom next day multiple times. Ordered August 1 2024. Whoever was cooking didn't make sure they were done. Won't be ordering from them again.
