Ordered Creamy Greek tonight and asked for extra sauce, got barely drizzled wings... dissapointed 4th time my creamy greek wasn't served right..

I’ve been in the restaurant industry 10+ years and the order of wings, ribs and fries I just ordered tonight were not it, not even 3 ounces of fries , a small child’s handful is not the price point it’s at, also the wings were obviously teriyaki wings that didn’t sell and they just put down the deep fryer snd gave to me, the only thing I could give credit for is the Greek sauce that put in a takeout ramekin, but everything else was dog shit

They were busy, which apparently means it take them an hour to make two orders of ribs...which were incredibly bland. Supposed to be parmesan & caesar flavour, mostly tasted like the fryer grease pooled in the bottom of the container. The guy at the counter was nice, though.

It’s all way too saucy… the few times I ordered, both meals n wings were messy & the size of the meals have gone down considerably.

Made an order and never heard from them for a few hours, called and the people or whoever answers the phone ignored every single call. Would always order from this place but after this, not again.

Took three hours to deliver and still got the order wrong. Not apologetic and no compensation. Utterly shameful.

DISGUSTING JUST DON'T. Took 2.5 hours to get to me. One delivery driver even had to point out that they forgot half the order. Then he left cause theyneeded 30 now minutes. The restaurant didn't even call me about any delay. Next delivery guy left after that still were not ready yet again..3rd guy actually was able to pick up. Food was like it was sitting in a fridge for a whole day cold. Everything was inedible and lock the doors forever worthy. I feel like i spent 100 dollars to mess up my garbage can. I also think they were not cooked enough but can't tell for sure because they were so cold

Placed my order at 8:30 this evening, got told it would be 10-15. Pulled up at 8:48.. I’ve been waiting since then for my meal, for the record it’s 9:22. Still haven’t received my order or any word on when I will get it. All I got was wings & some deep fried Mac and cheese, things that should take 10 minutes in the deep fryer have me sitting waiting here for almost half an hour. They got kids running this shit like they’re know what they’re doing. Super dissapointed. Got multiple other customers in here waiting and pissed off, not a good look

Don't even bother ordering through uber eats at this location (fairlight dr), I've had my order canceled 3 times for items that were "out of stock". The last time before tonight was over a year ago, i figured I'd try them again tonight, and lo and behold my order was canceled within minutes cause what I ordered was out of stock.....
If your going to get delivery from big wings I'd suggest ordering from the central ave location, I've never had an issue from there besides the food being cold sometimes since it's so much further away from where I live. But at least they actually have the product they have advertised on the app, and the food quality is better at that location too tbh.
All in all, I'd personally recommend avoiding the Fairlight dr location, whoever is running this location is clearly incompetent.
