Last time we ordered the wings were really small and dry. The deep fried pickles were skinny, wrinkly, and burnt. They also forgot our caesar salad that was supposed to come with our combo.

Absolutely pathetic business. Everytime I order from here the wings are extremely overcooked. Their wait times are super innacurate. They say 20 minutes, but they actually mean 45-60 minutes. Decided to order again tonight and give 1 last chance. 4 orders of wings that are inedible. They gave me 4 containers of flavoured bones with no meat. Those bones were also super burnt. This company should be ashamed to be open. What a disgrace. They basically stole my money and gave me garbage to take home. Big Wings... screw you guys.

Great food, huge selection of flavours and very friendly staff. The washroom, resembles that of a backwater town truck stop. Very unpleasant to see the state of the washroom in a place people handle food.

Ordered at around 6:30ish for delivery, the lady on the other end told me it'd be about an hour and a half as they were slammed with orders. I said not a big deal as we werent overly hungry at the time. Hour and a half goes by and I call to get an update, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When they finally answered they told me they hadn't even started yet, but they would right away and I would receive the order in about another hour. Another hour and forty five minutes go by and still nothing. So I call again and get put on hold again for 15 more minutes. They finally answer the phone and I ask for my update, and they still haven't even started cooking the order.
We've ordered from there plenty of times and no issues before, but tonight was just horrible. Definitely won't be ordering from there again. Do not recommend this establishment.

Their website has been down for 2 years, about the same time it's been since they last updated their Facebook page.
Their service has gone to hell with undelivered orders. When you go into the Sutherland location in person they give off a "we're doing you a favour by even serving you anything" attitude.
More and more it seems like it might be a front rather than an actual business.

Called on our way which was a fifteen minute drive, and was put on hold for the entire drive there. When we got there were three people on their phones. The lemon pepper tasted stale. Not a good experience.
I like this place for its selection of flavours and food it offers maybe if anything the quality control can be improved i had an order of over cooked treats for my daughter she doesn’t cate for anything that is too crunchy and dark however she did like the wings they prepared for us so aside from the slightly dark oreo cookies that went to waste and were discarded it was satisfactory and the wings made the visit worth the trip to the city regardless i will still visit either locations thank you for the service you provide

Tried calling to make an order .. person answering phone didnt seem to interested in taking my order and couldn't even get past the first part of giving them my address and was told they couldn't hear me .. funny part is im in a completely silent room and their wasn't a bunch of noise on their end so I think they were just messing around .. won't order from here again and I recommend someone looking for wings to look elsewhere in the area who knows what's going on in that place with service like this..
