Waited almost two hours for my food to be delivered tonight, I get a call after an hour from a guy saying he can't find my address, he hangs up and 30 minutes later I call the store. They tell me they messed up my address and the food is on the way. I finally get my food and they didn't even include the drinks I ordered. Food was an hour old and I got scammed out of money. Literally the worst store ever, not the first time something like this happened.

Don’t Order From Here!!! Was working a night shift and ordered 4 orders of wings to the tune of 65 dollars with a 5 dollar tip for the driver. After waiting 30+ minutes for my cold wings the delivery driver machine would not work. I tried Apple Pay, then went and got my wallet and proceeded to try tap and insert as well as my debit card for both and the machine was malfunctioning. I verified the funds were in my account through online banking after 20 minutes of standing outside trying to pay for my already cold food I finally used the drivers phone to talk to the employee to which he said they would return to the store for another machine and come back again for payment later. I am unable to come and go at will due to being on shift currently and this was not my issue to rectify. At a price like this in a time sensitive situation there should have been other options provided. Disappointed in big wings and the service and compensation provided so ended up sending the driver away with my meal and going hungry for my shift as my allotted break had passed. This service was terrible and will never be ordering from here again and also encouraging all employees at this location to take this restaurant off the list of our take out options. Thanks for the wake up call and hungry shift big wings, customer appreciation comes last.

Ate here last night & while eating a mouse came up out of no where like it was nothing and just used to the place & so I told the worker & all he says back to me is “ oh that’s lovely man “ like im very grossed out and disappointed i will never ever eat at this place again !!!! By far so not recommend

Super delish everytime I order! The Big wings staff is super friendly (: I love the cookie dough from there for something sweet. I love my wings hot so hotter & honey is my go too But I also like The Gambino! Thank you!
I have ordered from here 20+ times over the last few years. I used to have nothing but good things to say, unfortunately that has changed.
I LOVE the honey dill and creamy Greek wings but only if they have lots of sauce. I like to dip the wings in it. They used to always come with lots of sauce, but over the past year there has been less and less. I started requesting extra sauce and even paying extra $$$ but still nothing changed. This last time I ordered extra sauce and even told the employee on the phone that every time I pay for extra sauce they forget to do it. He assured me there would be lots. I will attach photos of what I got.
At this point I feel like they are purposely messing with me. I will be taking a long break from big wings. Hopefully if I decide down the road to give them another chance they don’t let me down.

My partner and I have been ordering from here regularly since I first visited him in Canada back in 2016, and he and his family have been frequent customers for much longer! They have been a favorite of mine ever since! They have so many sauce options that I make a habit of trying a new one every couple of orders and frequently find myself with a new favorite! Corleone's Capo is particularly great as someone who always debates between a Parmesan garlic and a buffalo wing, being a blend of the two that I always come back to! The fries go great dipped in the sauce and their lemon pepper dry ribs are crazy good, perfectly seasoned every time. Sometimes I get the deep fried pickles instead of the dry ribs as a side to the wings, and they're my favorite deep fried pickles in town!
Whenever I have friends or family visit from out of town this is always one of the places I show them for a taste of Saskatoon. Highly recommend for what are, in my opinion, the best wings in town!
My most recent order also saw excellent customer service accompanying the excellent wings, making for an awesome experience all around!
