We stopped in for breakfast at this cute little Bistro and were absolutely blown away by the food. A must stop if you are ever in Saskatoon. I had a breakfast sandwhich and my husband had the big boy breakfast. The portion sizes were huge! Both were 10/10.
Every mouthful tastes like homemade comfort food. Took my teenage son for his first time, and we swear his eyes rolled to the back of his head when he took a bite of a burnt end. A lot of thought and care shows through on every menu choice. You'll want to try it all! Atmosphere is earthy, with a feel of Mom's comfy kitchen. Service is so quick. Very efficient ordering style. Bistro B is the place we now call our favourite!
Super cute place and unique menu that brings the neighborhood a new vibrancy! Jared and crew are killing it đ«¶
The service wasnât great, staff got upset with grabbing the wrong chair but would not get the right one for the customers. The menu did not have deeper detail about food causing 2 order to be not liked as much or sent back for modifications. The food was great tasting but actions from the staff were awful

I love restaurants like this and I am sad to say that the Birra tacos were way too salty. Like every bite I wanted to enjoy them and didn't cause salt was all I could taste.

I recently dined at Bistro on B in Saskatoon, and it was fantastic! To start, we had the Bistro Bombs, which were incredibleâbaked potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, cheese, and smoked beans. They were the perfect appetizer.
For our entrees, we tried the Brisket Mac and Cheese and the Birria Ramen. Both dishes were delicious and unique! The brisket was tender and paired perfectly with the creamy mac and cheese. The Birria Ramen was packed with flavor and had a great balance of spice.
Overall, I highly recommend Bistro on B for anyone looking for a memorable meal. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Iâll definitely be back!

Passing through Saskatoon and was really craving a pulled pork sandwich. Bistro on B pulled through with a delicious sandwich that satisfied all cravings. The sandwich itself was delicious with fatty meat and good BBQ sauce on a fantastic bun.
The workers were super friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, will definitely sit in next time!

Small, quaint bistro . . . nicely done in downtown Saskatoon. Went in around 5 and it was looking to be a quiet evening but then all of a sudden it exploded with people and packed including lots of takeaways. Food was excellent and portions amazing on big (so much so I could not finish mine - plenty to take home). Food is spicy, so be prepared.

I have been to this place twice and in hopes to try out the good food I've read about and I will say it is great. Nice fresh ingredients. Okay atmosphere. However why this place will not get a 5 star from me is their lack of preparation. I ordered on both occasions brisket with the mac and cheese and the first time they didn't have either. Okay, things run out, it was when they were newly opened. They are figuring things out, that is fine. Being that they find these things out after you already paid and tipped is frustrating I will say. Go back the second time after a few months to give them time to gather their footing and again same thing. Pay sit down and told they are out of the mac and cheese and it's an hour to prep. Now I don't know their process but if I had a hot ticket item and noticed it was low then I would start when it's mid way or third way done not right out to start preparing the replacement. But perhaps that's silly. Just constructive feedback for moving forward.

A hidden gem in the heart of Riversdale. I had a brisket mac and cheese. Tender brisket with a thick smoke ring and freshly made cheese sauce. The entire place was spotless, and the staff are friendly. A small place, but it was full the entire time we were there.

10/10. Freaken amazing. The beef brisket with burnt ends and potatoes/beans will change your life. The cornbread was incredible. Mac and cheese had a lil spice to it ?. Dude gave us extra sauce and was a G. Itâs absolutely worth the price, portions are massive and youâll have some to take home!
Great tasting food, fast service!
Enjoyed lunch here on Sunday, waited under 5 minutes. Meat wasnât fat or overcooked, lots of great choice on the menu.
Will try coffee next time as well.

Highly recommend, my wife got the shrimp tacos and she loved them, being from Mexico, she hadn't found shrimp tacos she liked, but she loved these ones, a bit spicy, but nothing crazy. I got the honey truffle pulled pork sandwich, so good! Also got a side dish of mac and cheese!! It was a chef kiss!!
Service was good, you order and pay upfront but get your food brought to the table.

Truly delicious BBQ. My wife and I lived in the southern US for a year and loved the bbq there. Everything weâve tried back in Canada seems like a âknockoffâ version that just isnât as good. We had the brisket meal with burnt ends and cornbread and it was absolutely perfect. Brisket was perfectly seasoned with just simple salt and pepper, nicely smoked, tender, and juicy. Burnt ends were just right, and the cornbread was moist and tasty. This is the closest to true southern BBQ weâve had in Canada, and better than a lot of places down south. The only thing missing was the fried okra!
