Limited dine in seating, counter service, delicious food, large portions. My only caution is that the tacos have so many toppings they should come with a bib to protect your shirt. đ€Ł Loved all 3 tacos that we ordered!

The girls at the front were nice but itâs took 40ish minutes for one of us to get our food. And 50 minutes for the other. It kinda felt liked our order was getting ignored. It was a bit busy but that still took a really long time. When we got the food it was good but probably wonât return due to the long wait.

Everything we ordered tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients that feel worth the price. The menu is approachable but still has that âchef-drivenâ touch, and portions were satisfying without being heavy. Service was friendly, attentive, and timed wellâno long gaps, but not rushed either. Overall, itâs a great choice for a date night or a relaxed dinner when you want something a step above the usual.

We frequent Bistro on B often and always have the best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, food comes out promptly, bathrooms are clean and the food is fantastic We ordered pulled pork, brisket and burnt ends for pickup for a family get together and we were blown away! The meat was hot and delicious when we got it home, we had tons of left overs and the flavor was incredible. Everyone was very happy with the meal and raved about it. We highly recommend the bistro to anyone looking for a bite to eat but now also recommend it for anyone looking for a great option for at home family get togethers and celebrations.

The food was amazing and the portions huge!! My friend had the Cajun chicken tacos and I had the brisket mac and cheese, and my man had the brisket burger. We ate it all up before photos could be taken!! Will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone!!

My wife and I had Bistro on B on our eatery list for a long time and we finally were able to eat here.
We were the first customers of the day, we ordered, sat and within minutes, our food was brought to us. I ordered the burrito bowl and my wife ordered the birria tacos. I tried the tacos and hands down, they were the best ones Iâve ever eaten. She echoed those sentiments. The comsumĂ© was delicious, the crunch was incredible and all the flavours were perfect. My burrito bowl was excellent. Everything was fresh, and bright, the only problem I had was that the rice wasnât hot, just warm. The brisket was cooked beautifully and was easy to break apart.
Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
