Black cat tavern is one of the best concert venues in Saskatoon. They bring in tons of great punk bands. Love going here for the small venue size and up close and personal feel with the bands.
The all you can eat pizza for $10 is also the best deal in Saskatoon. The pizza is amazing.

The atmosphere seems pretty cool from what I’ve seen from picking up food, but I’d ordered pizza and the house salad here a few times and it is really good. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve had in the city. The XLs are nice and big too

Not a ton of seating but great service. The french onion soup had a good flavor but the onions weren’t caramelized and the bread made it bland. Skip the garlic toast, too bland. The roasted potatoes were cooked a bit too much and a bit oily but my friend liked them. She also liked the pizza sandwich, which was well filled. The other friend liked the quesadilla, which was a good size, and particularly enjoyed the house salad. All in all not bad, good price, and great service. Id come back to try something else.

I had a good grilled cheese and potatoes. However, as a performer I have a few critiques. As an underage performer (at the time) Saskatchewan laws allow me to be present in the bar as long as I stay in a certain area and am not consuming alcohol. The promoter had told us this so we complied. However, when I went to use the bathroom and was walking back to the corner, the promoter came up to me and cussed me out for not following rules. In our email to book the show, no one mentioned a fee of 250$ for the rental so when we walked away feeling scammed, we called back to find that there was a rental fee. Honestly, really rude behaviour and needs better communication for bookings.

I ordered 2 White Claws which cost $18. Just looked at my credit card, I was charged $180 for said drinks. Would not recommend paying by credit card unless you very closely check what you are being charged
