Everything you need to have a good time.
Delicious burger and fries. Hard to find restaurant. Heard it might be closing. Nicely furnished. Nice warm fireplace
Great places to set up for a wedding ceremony and or reception dance. I've always has great experiences providing DJ services at these locations!
A beautiful venue for s wedding. The food was fabulous and ynd staff were professional. The gardens are beautiful and check out that darling waterfall.
Personable service, excellent food and wonderful atmosphere! Waitresses are very professional and quick to serve the table. Definitely will return as today was amazing!
I love the outdoor patio in the summer time. The service is good and fast, but be prepared for a bit of a wait time. Highly recommend the Chicken Cordon Blue the pickles that are house made are something a bit out of the ordinary.
It was amazing. Went to in vino veritas. A five course meal with each coarse pared with a diferent wine. It was costly but well worth the price. You need book seats in advance.
The food and the environment is amazing the staff was helpful and fun. And as the price is high as well.
The space is wonderful - especially in the summer on the patio. It's also beside a beautiful park to walk in after your meal. The food has been consistent over the times I've visited. It's not exceptional, but always good. The pasta is made in house fresh and you can tell. The serving size is a bit small so you may need to order more than usual. The best dish I've had was the lava carrot cake which was unique and delicious!
This is a poorly managed restaurant. We made a reservation for our party of 10. When we we arrived we were informed there was no reservation for us. We were placed in a room that was significantly colder than the rest of the restaurant to the point where we had to wear light jackets. There was a fireplace in the room and we asked if it could be turned on. The reply was "no, those fireplaces are only turned on in the winter". These are gas fireplaces in the restaurant so that did not make much sense. We ate our meal in the cold room. At the end of the meal, we find out that the fireplaces in the rest of the restaurant were turned on. The last factor to this poor rating was due to staffing. Our overworked waitress was covering too many tables to provide us with minimal service. On top of that, there was no bartender available so our waitress also had to pour our drinks. The facility and the gardens around this place are great, but until this restaurant is properly managed your experience here will be a disappointment.

Great experience.
The restaurant itself is beautiful as is the patio and the grounds around it. The menu sounds great, that's assuming you get one within the first half hour of being there. Plan to take your time if you come here because you won't get a choice. The food is ... okay but slow. Price is okay-ish for what you get. It isn't bad ... but I wouldn't say its good either. Mediocre is the word of the day here!
Amazing food and stunning location. Really enjoy the In Vino Veritas, but miss the Fare & Ale.
I LOVED this place. It is very low key and a good environment overall. Here is my review:
I was quite displeased when I went to Boffins with a group of people from work. I am a vegetarian and asked for a salad in a wrap. The salad I ordered had an "add chicken" option but the base salad was meatless. I did not order the chicken to be added into my wrap. About half way through eating my wrap I realized they had added chicken in it. I could not finish it and became ill later that day. A co-worker of mine found a piece of steel wool in her salad as well. All-in-all, a poor dining experience, vegetarians and vegans beware!
