1623 -8th St location let me down today .... I purchased my usual product Mind Over Matcha... for years that has been my order . It was VERY runny no consistancy, nearly $10. for purple .... Just last week I had a nice thick one from another location ... I hope this is a one time thing / mistake . ???!

I've always been a huge fan of Booster Juice, finding comfort and a serotonin boost in their drinks. However, my recent visit to the Eighth Street location left much to be desired. While one staff member was friendly, the other seemed to radiate disdain with every glance. Their habit of speaking in their own language while giving customers unwelcoming stares made for a truly uncomfortable experience. The lack of empathy and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a favorite spot fails to meet expectations.
