Booster Juice

There is one chubby white girl who works at both Booster Juice locations — one at University Heights and one on Nelson. Every time I go to either of those Booster Juice locations and she is working, she says the juice machine is broken. I went twice to the Evergreen location and once to University Heights, and both times she said the machine was broken. Surprisingly, when any other employee is working there, the juice machine is never broken. And she says it with rudeness, like, “The machine is broken, oh,” as if she’s saying, “Please don’t ever come again.” What kind of service is that?

I typically come here for my fix as I am hitting the road.

I haven't had any issues with this location with my order after many years of stopping here for just that, to get my fix.

The service is pleasant and they work as quickly as possible to get me on my way without delays.

There is a girl working at this location her name is Mehak she is very good at service, always serve with a smile n make everything perfectly. At last she really deserves a raise. Thanks for serving.

I used to work here and it was a much different environment back then. The 2 women who work whenever I seem to come in, which is rare... Have horrible customer service. I stood there with my daughter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge us...we were the only ones to come in, and she noticed us for sure, we made eye contact... If you're busy washing the jars, I get it but maybe take a minute to say "hi there, I'll be right with you". Absolutely horrible. I will not be coming here any longer, at least while these ladies work here. Pitiful service.

Employees are miserable, used to love coming here the staff was so joyful and now u get awful and ignorant service.

Owner is greedy. Only cares about money.

Have to update hours for Tuesday. It said online that it would be open til 10pm. I went around after 9pm and it was closed

Worst work ethic of employees. 5 employees working at the spot they said it take 45 min to dry juicer machine. ??? they think they are smart but most dumbest way to make excuses. Go to Preston avenue booster juice. Called 15mins before she closing and she was working by herself. Hats off to the girl. Pls make sure to tip her too.

Worst service ever. I went to the store asked for juice there were 5 girls and told me they i have to wait for 45 minutes as juicer needs to dry there was still 1 hr left for closing. They were so rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.

So many times the doors are locked 10-20 minutes before the posted closing hours, seriously a waste of time even trying to come here
