The girl who works there is so aggressive and rude, she hates her job, took my order with an angry face, the drink was not mixed at all and had no taste but the taste of water and frozen big chunks of fruit, I’ve never drank something that bad and the girl should be fired

They are serving juice, which they made 2 hours before. Booster Juice is known for fresh making of juice; only at this location have I seen so far old juice being served.

At Lawson mall tonight, it's 7:37 went to get a smoothie and they are closed up for the night but mall closes at 8pm....

Asked for fresh orange juice around 5:00 pm on 4 sep , but rather than making a fresh one , she gave me old one from fridge and when i asked her to make a fresh one , she refused and mentioned it is fresh and it was made at 12:35 Pm.

Their juicer is always broken. Service very slow too. It helps to have a big sign that says juicer is broken so people don’t waste their time. This has happened to me personally on 3 different occasions.

I didn’t even get to the ordering part. Unbelievable that staff would be eating pizza in sight and then sees me and walks up the till to take my order while wiping her nose with her hand. Yes, please make my food. Gross! Figure it out.

Both employees complained about their shifts for about 15 mins before helping the next person in line then were on their phones while smoothie was blending. Very rude and extremely unpleasant, served by Kylie, other employee was not wearing name tag.

While waiting at the airport I went to get my daughters each a Booster Juice. After ordering the same 2 drinks off the regular menu, the employee whispered to the other employee then informed me that the blender used for making this drink had just been washed with soap and sanitizer and was unusable until it dried. About 30 minutes later one of my daughters went to order the same 2 drinks (thinking the blender must be dry by now) and was told they were out of oranges!! It seemed highly unlikely.

Terrible service! Stood there for 5 minutes while one worker just looked at me. Other girl sneezed all over a drink...then blew her nose and did NOT wash her hands. GROSS! Save yourself getting sick and go somewhere else.
