Both employees complained about their shifts for about 15 mins before helping the next person in line then were on their phones while smoothie was blending. Very rude and extremely unpleasant, served by Kylie, other employee was not wearing name tag.

While waiting at the airport I went to get my daughters each a Booster Juice. After ordering the same 2 drinks off the regular menu, the employee whispered to the other employee then informed me that the blender used for making this drink had just been washed with soap and sanitizer and was unusable until it dried. About 30 minutes later one of my daughters went to order the same 2 drinks (thinking the blender must be dry by now) and was told they were out of oranges!! It seemed highly unlikely.

Terrible service! Stood there for 5 minutes while one worker just looked at me. Other girl sneezed all over a drink...then blew her nose and did NOT wash her hands. GROSS! Save yourself getting sick and go somewhere else.

Grace is the employee refused to take my daughters order even when told by the coworker. She was too busy preparing to close as taking orders is not important. She stood onto the food prep counter with her dirty crocs pouring soapy water in the juicer and continued to laugh when her co worker told her she's not supposed to do it that way. Didn't know how to make a smoothie properly it was basically blended fruit and wasted lots of fruit only to mess it up. She looked mad when I told my daughter she doesn't know how to make your smoothie. Rude child needs to mature before getting a job. Other booster juices in the city are better than this one, avoid this one unless you like your orders wrong which have happened in the past.

Horrible staff that close early. Seems like every staff member hates working there or hates life in general. Last time I was there she had to remake my smoothie 3 times because she couldn't get the ingredients right. Today they closed 10 minutes early while many other restaurants were still open. I'm not going to support this location any more.

I feel bad giving this review, but I've probably had 300 booster juices in my life, and this is my first bad experience. They gave no straw for skipthedishes, they forgot the food part of the order and the drink itself is all runny and liquid. It looks and tastes weird, like they forgot to add half the ingredients. Very strange to say the least.......skip will refund me but it's really the locations fault not skips. Primrose location=no bueno

Usually go here, usually ok but have noticed the Staff complaining about it being busy lately. Yes I understand it's busy but if you'd prefer me not to support you than I don't have to.Today Sept 2nd, 2022 at 12:26 I waited in line behind some students, watched this student (who were friends with the people in line, because they all brought it up) go in and make her own drink, distract the workers, take two protein balls out WITH HER BARE HANDS, and walk out. I continued to wait 10 minutes and there was still another order to take infront of me so I decided to go somewhere else.

I hate giving bad reviews but this one unfortunately deserves it. Me and my daughter are dairy free/have a dairy allergy. I specifically ordered the smoothie that is dairy free. When I got the smoothie I double checked with the employee that it was dairy free (obviously over kill, I thought, but my baby has an severe allergy so didn’t want to risk it at all). The employee said no. So I started drinking the smoothie and it tasted different so I went back to the counter and asked the other employee to confirm it was dairy free and she briskly said “no no no”. Well, about 10 mins later they come up to me and said they made the smoothie wrong and were sorry but made me a new one. My husband was with me and asked if the original we were given had dairy and they said no the recipe doesn’t but they put yogurt in it…they went back and forth and long story short (like pulling teeth) they admitted there was dairy in my drink even though they had already told me multiple times it didn’t..I had to go to the public washroom and force myself to throw up. When we asked what could be done they said they’d give a refund. Ok..a refund (I get it, what CAN be done at this point) but really?? This is a serious issue. Especially for my poor baby.Anyway. We spoke with the manager who didn’t have much to say either, other than it’s “not SUPPOSED to have dairy” I write this to hopefully help someone out who might have an allergy of some sort. This restaurant is not a safe place to go for people with allergens.

It shows the shop will be closing at 6pm in Google and got there at 5pm the staff was so rude and said we are not open anymore. Really bad experience with the staff.

Smoothies were great! You should give the girls who work there some customer service advice though. They looks like they hate their job, and I will gladly take my business elsewhere due to the rude service we received.
