⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience

I’ve been a loyal Booster Juice customer for years, but today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered a fresh juice that is normally smooth and liquidy, but what I received was thick, pulpy, and tasted like blended fruit instead of proper juice. For almost $13 for one drink, the quality was unacceptable.

I didn’t even bother mentioning the issue to the staff because their attitude was already rude and uninterested. They clearly didn’t want to be there or help customers. The energy inside the store felt unwelcoming and careless.

Really disappointed with this location. Poor quality and terrible customer service. Definitely not worth the money.

I was at this location earlier today and there was a cockroach on the stacked up cups, when I told the man working there he came around and smacked it off with a towel and stepped on in. He then shook the cups to see if there was more in there. He didn't seem surprised and that thats happened before.

Poor girl by herself was working incredibly hard. She was a delight but I felt bad for her.

Real fruit freshly squeezed juice, the flavor is not bad, there should be no chemical additives. The clerks looked upset while they were working as if we had murdered their beloved fruits.

I was here earlier today, and the two smoothie baristas seemed very overwhelmed with the long line of customers. It seemed very understaffed, maybe more than two people should be working especially during this busy holiday season.

This is a very good smoothie operation. The drinks are superior and made with the highest quality ingredients. I would go back again. You get a great amount of smoothie for a great price. The workers are all very kind and are hardworkers. I can also count ok Booster Juice for my pre-work drink!

I went to get my Strawberry & Banana with Apple Juice.They wanted to charge an extra more than a dollar. Said forget it.I always got this in the mall but that extra they will loose customers like me.It's a shame that I won't be going back again. Next thing they will be charging $10.00. I will miss that but to hike the price like that.Never mind. Customers will go elsewhere.

Super low "I don't care energy" girl with eyebrow helped me, blond girl helped my fiancé. Neither had any desire to help and looked like we were inconveincing them by being customers

Not a huge fan of going to the mall food court in general, but this Booster Juice has pretty standard service and products.
