Tonight there was one guy and we asked him for the juice at 8:30 but the closing time was at 9:00 and he refused us to give the juice because he said he already cleaned the machines while other locations were serving the juice same time . Poor service

Really bad experience , they refused to give use because they cleaned their machines @8 o'clock.Evening , as closing time is 9 but they refuse us to give order , i drove 15km to just get my order . The staff was too rude , don’t have customer service manners. But after that we order on 8th street they are too nice and make my order on time without giving any excuses.

I love booster juice, however this location was stifling hot. I had sweat dripping off me by the time i got my stuff. Also the barista girl got my order wrong, and for the price you pay for these drinks you kinda expect them to pay more attention when you are ordering. Slow down and listen to what the customer id saying, there is no need to rush rudh rush, you arent that busy.
Ordered a smoothie with no yogurt skim milk instead and I watched them make mine and another persons together but called mine as just skim and sure enough I ended up sick all night because I can’t have yogurt so hopefully your staff can learn from it because I asked for it a certain way for a

Always a good spot for a smoothie and a tuna melt on the go. Friendly staff, clean environment. Requested two of the same smoothie - one was dairy free and the employee was really helpful at suggesting dairy free alternatives as well as labelling which one was which so I didn’t get them mixed up.
