Terrible service. Sat in the lounge with two friends, came for drinks and food. Our drink order was taken fairly quickly, but then we sat there and excessive amount of time before he came back to take our food order. By this time we already decided to eat somewhere else, so we paid for our drink and went to Blanco's. P.S. Blanco was amazing, I'd reccomend going there instead of Boston Pizza.

We went on 26th as it was my birthday with friends we were 11 people, very very slow service - every thing took so longer & we had to wait for the server to show up, Beer was flat and it took 20 minutes to replace the order, pizza sides were all burnt out. We use to go very regularly to the 8th street location but we have to find a different location.

Had one person working in the bar, took over 20 minutes to take our drink order then another 20 for our food order. Waiting for the bill also took over 15 minutes.
We got to the 8th Street Boston Pizza very early; well before 5pm. The restaurant wasn't8 very busy at all. The lounge looked busy. It took more than 15 minutes to get our drinks. Never been anywhere near that long. The food was as good as usual, but the noise was so, so loud. That's all I got for now.

Visited the Boston Pizza on 8th Street yesterday afternoon with my wife and son. We ordered a large pizza, oven-roasted wings, and meatball pasta. The food was tasty and nicely prepared — definitely the highlight of our visit. The interior is pleasant, though it could benefit from a more modern touch.
Service, however, was somewhat inconsistent. The waitress seemed a bit disoriented; one server took our order while another brought the wrong dishes. My drink order wasn’t properly communicated to the kitchen, and although the waitress tried to fix it herself (touching my drink), she eventually realized the mistake and returned it to be remade. Additionally, no glass coaster was provided, so condensation from the cold drink pooled on the table.
The waitress appeared somewhat mechanical in her manner — courteous but lacking warmth or a smile — and seemed unusually hurried when bringing the bill. Aside from these service hiccups, the overall dining experience was good, but the service could be more attentive and friendly.

Boston Pizza always has good food and fun place for both kids and adults. We keep coming back. This time, Food was a bit delayed, but it was busy lunch rush. We had a bit of trouble getting water because the server was away lots. But a short visit from the manager was appreciated.
