Over all of it was very good service was all right. They were quite busy. Good place with good food unfortunately for me I found it a bit too noisy the day but overall would recommend it.

Went to BPs 8th St this evening to kill time while our son was at his clubs. We waited 10 minutes before a server greeted us and took our drink/food orders. We ordered 1 drink, 1 order of boneless wings & 1 panookie. It was another 15 before our food came (without cutlery or our drinks). Staff we no where to be seen the whole time, so we couldn’t even flag anyone down. Finally got our drinks after we had eaten most of our food, but had to eat our boneless wings without cutlery.

We had a group of 20 youth and staff for supper on Saturday, April 6th before the Rush game. When I had initially called to make the reservation earlier in the week, the staff member I talked to gave me an email to send our food order beforehand if we wanted. We gathered everyone's order on our way to Saskatoon (about 2.5 hours away from where we are) and emailed it. When we got there, our tables were set up, pitchers of pop and juice already on the table. The manager (I can't remember her name!) was so friendly and welcoming and made sure they had our entire order correct. Within minutes of sitting down, our food was brought out. At the end of our meal, the manager brought us our bill and she had graciously taken care of the pitchers of pop. We were tended to so quickly by our server throughout the entire time. We were extremely pleased how smooth things went with our big group and how friendly the staff were to us!

Worst service I’ve had at BP I eat at there restaurants a lot. I understand it was busy however the lady that sat us plopped us at a table and never said a word, then we sat for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were in the building. I drive truck and eat in restaurants every day all across Canada and the USA can’t say this was the worst service I’ve ever had but a close 2nd

Great place to meet with friends. Service was impeccable, friendly and speedy. Menu varied and consistent. Food was great.
I really like this location. It has fond memories I've shared with some special people in my life. Most service here is good. Every now and then, you get the ones that do not treat everyone equally, but it is seldom and easy to ignore. The atmosphere is familiy oriented, or if you just wanna chill with some friends for the game with good eats, then the lounge is sports oriented. Location is great, ample amounts of parking, great for large groups with buses and lots of people. Book in advance just in case it's busy. I'm definitely returning here in the future and recommend it to everyone.
Great experience. Haven’t been to a BP for a while, and this was my first visit to this restaurant. Service was great, food was hot and delicious and the restaurant was well lit and comfortable. Will return.

Fly on the nachos and manager was literally not ready to accept it..she was like oh i have nothing to do with photo..Not only this I ordered veggie nachos and parmesan fries ..i got nachos with beef and cold Fries then again waited for food my another 30 minutes and after waiting got these nachos with flyTerrible service.. i kept asking for bill that we are getting late for movie ..still waited another 15-20 minutes to pay them so that we can go.

When I called about specials, I was informed that they had one for a medium pizza and a salad. I was told that I could substitute the salad for soup. I swear the woman told me it was $15 but when I got there it was $50 and apparently there was no discount applied. The onions in the French onion soup were not cooked enough but it had a decent favor. The pizza was good. Not worth $40 for a medium two topping though.
