Boston Pizza Reviews
We ordered an appetizer and it came after our food.
Our waitress was inattentive and mumbled when she did come to the table. She was rude and didn’t come back after we got our food. We had an incident at the table with one of our kids, I tidied it up and mentioned to her that it happened and to disinfect after we leave. She came right behind me with spray disinfectant and started spraying down the table and booth while we were sitting in it and trying to package up our...read full review
Waited 10 minutes to be seated in the restaurant with only one table. Didn't see a soul until we finally agreed on where we were going to go, instead, and left. Don't waste your time coming here, just go to a different BPs.

Boston Pizza offers decent food at high prices, with some locations needing an update. A recent visit showed declining quality and slow service, while another experience was saved by a kind server. The older lady provided exceptional service and even gifted a free cheesecake for a birthday celebration. A fun, fruity mix with raspberry vodka, citrus slush, and Blue Curaçao is refreshing and not overly sweet, perfect for a summer night or happy hour. The sweet bourbon BBQ sauce, juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and melty cheese pizza is smoky, tangy, and absolutely delicious. However, service can be very slow, with mistakes like bringing sprite instead of water, and servers rushing guests out. Some dishes, like the Thai chicken wrap, may lack sauce, while others, like the pecan salad, arrive without dressing, and the burger bun can be dry and crumbly. The 51st street location recently experienced understaffing and disorganization, leading to long waits and difficulty getting attention from servers, though the food remained decent and the bartender was helpful. On a different visit, staff went above and beyond by setting up multiple TVs and turning up the sound so everyone could enjoy watching the Labour Day Classic, which made the experience very positive. Despite occasional slow service and some inconsistencies, Boston Pizza continues to be a mixed choice for a meal out, with some locations providing excellent service and others needing improvement.
