I ordered takeout lunch considering that it is very close to my workplace. I made sure to order it 30 minutes before (they say it takes 20 min), I made sure to select include utensils and I added a note saying “ Please include napkins and cutlery” and somehow I had to wait 5 minutes to get my order and another 5 minutes to get cutlery.
I understand that it gets really busy around lunchtime but management needs to do a better job with staffing and scheduling people to accommodate everyone.

Rated low for a reason! First red flag was a line up at the till with nobody in sight and nobody seated. Once finally seated Wife ordered lasagna. Server said no lasagna. Oh well. Then ordered something else. Food came quick. My chicken burger was cold. Then was informed no diet Pepsi that we ordered. The server didnt know what to do cause a drink came with the meal. We ordered a different drink and it never came. ( juat sparking water) That was the last we seen of our server lol Half hour passed affer sitting there with empty plates. Kids were suppose to get ice cream with their meals and nothing. Finally flagged down somebody and they said sorry im the only one working this side and the front. Got fed up and said give us the ice cream and lets pay for the bill to get out of here! So now we paid for the bill and noticed we paid 4 bucks for the diet pop we didnt even get! Nobody was even around to flag down so just left cause we were extremely behind from the slow slow service. This location is BRUTAL!!!

Went for a child's birthday party. The kids pizza looked good and had no complaints but would not honor coupons. Adults ordered sides food was mediocre at best.my food was not good. I didn't get what I ordered. Thai chicken bites,they brought meat meat bites instead and charged me 4$ more.The waitress said it came with one side. I ordered cactus fries they were so spicy I couldn't even eat them and was charged extra for them. I ordered coffee. They said they would make fresh it was stale and left a greasy ring in the cup. For one 17.99 appetizer and a coffee my bill came to 35.00. I questioned the price and the server said it was because of the tax. When I told her I didn't get what I ordered she just ignored me. I glad the kids enjoyed themselves. I didn't! If there will ever be a next time I will order pizza.

Poutine - uncooked fries, everything cold, forgot bacon (menu item ingredient), forgot mushrooms (paid to add). Philly Dip - bun was uncooked, still doughy. Potato cut fries were cold.
Service was pleasant. Clean, neat. Good lighting. Spacious when not full.
