$22.00 for a half full small container of lasagna that has no meat, barely any cheese and soggy noodles. Great job Boston Pizza! How do you justify selling this 🤷‍♂️

Love how Boston Pizza always uses the same generic response and expects the customer to jump through hoops instead of making it simple and easy to contact or be contacted.

Made a pickup order and it was the parmensan shrimp Alfredo. I asked if they could make it gluten free which they said they could. I got to the restaurant twenty minutes after my order was made and waited another ten minutes to get it. Restaurant was nearly empty. I dunno if it was left out or what but some of the noodles were very hard. Not pleased at all, especially since i had to wait. Won't be going back there again.

Disappointing at best. Couldn't get another dipping sauce for the yam fries as the chipotle was too hot. (except for a 2.50 charge.) 2 of us for pizza-only one plate brought. Guess we needed to used the yam fries plate. (never ever this before). No refills on beverages. One TV not working about half the time we were there, Phone rang non stop. Took forever to get it answered. Very sad night out!

Went for supper took 30 min to get a glass of water 50 min to get appetizer another 15 minutes to get main- my pasta was supposed to be baked but it was cold. Then no garlic bread ever showed up. We left and told the staff we would never be back. No concern or manager to talk to. Terrible food terrible service.

We brought our ball hockey team in for supper tonight. We tried to order all the meals ahead of time to help them out. 2 extra people came along. When we asked if they could order they were told they couldn’t order as it would be longer than 45 minutes to get their food, and were asked to leave. There was 1 other table in the restaurant, that’s it. So they had to leave. I mentioned this to management when we were finished and the story changed, all of a sudden they said it would only have been a 15 minute wait. The service for our large group was fine, the food great, but when you tell people they cannot eat there that’s a problem. I can see if it had been busy, but it was dead. Always liked Boston Pizza but the service we received tonight for the extra two people was not acceptable. Sent them away then said totally opposite of what actually happened. Not impressed.

For an over $30 food, poor food hardly seasoned ribs, 6 piece of small chicken wings, it was a terrible experience. For a ribs and wings order, I will never be here again!

Went out for the evening and had great food. Service was good. Had a bit of an issue with our payment gift card but it was sorted out.

Food was quick to the table and nicely presented. Unfortunately, both meals were not pleasing. The creamy mushroom spinach bake lacked flavor and was runny. The chicken pecan salad was presented nicely but the bacon and the chicken had an unpleasant taste that we couldn't place( old oil possibly) otherwise it was a salad. The server appeared inexperienced and scruffy. There are huge differences between branches. The one and only constant is dissapointment.

Not a very great experience. Steak was filled more with fat then actual meat, super thin.
My daughters wings were super dry.
Also the bathrooms were super disgusting.
Also very over priced for the little portions given.
I gotta give it to the waitress though she tried her best she was the sweetest.

Wouldn’t return to this location, underneath the table and bathrooms were not clean. The beer on tap was flat, my kid never got their dessert. Service took a while, didn’t bother ordering another drink because of it. Disappointed that I couldn’t order the original buffalo chicken sandwich, server said that a lot of people inquire about it but they won’t make it. Told them that University heights Boston pizza does. Wont be returning to this BPs.

Just terrible all around. My boyfriend and I were sat at a table and nobody came over to talk to us for almost 20 minutes. When the server finally came to our table, we ordered our food and drinks. When she took our menus and walked away, she cough and used the menus to cover her mouth. She then came back two more times to reiterate our order to us to make sure she got it correct. We then sat for another 40 minutes before my boyfriend got his plate. They didn’t bring mine out for another 15 minutes all the while serving other people around us that got here way after we did. I ordered the chicken tacos and idk what the hell they put in my tacos, but it looked nasty. Waited an hour for half filled tacos that weren’t even made right, half full, and had grey chicken lol. I’m not one to send food back but I really did not want anything to do with this. Mind you, I’m still sitting here in this booth waiting for the server to come back so I can ask for the bill too lol.

I ordered takeout lunch considering that it is very close to my workplace. I made sure to order it 30 minutes before (they say it takes 20 min), I made sure to select include utensils and I added a note saying “ Please include napkins and cutlery” and somehow I had to wait 5 minutes to get my order and another 5 minutes to get cutlery.

I understand that it gets really busy around lunchtime but management needs to do a better job with staffing and scheduling people to accommodate everyone.
