Walked in and was told they had no servers in the lounge and suggested we sit in the bar area. We got our drinks and then waited 15 minutes to get our orders taken. We might as well have sat in the louge because we barely saw any servers the entire time we were there. Food wasn't very warm when it came out. Servers were sitting at the bar and taking shots. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

If you bought promotional $5.00 cards for dining from Boston Pizza st Rosewood Location Saskatoon the management SCAM you when you go to pay and make up rules why they will not accept cards. READ BELOW.After presenting our grand kid's $5.00 coupons up front before being seated for our meal and cards were said accepted!, which the Waitress was a wonderful hostess acknowledging that we had these cards! The Mgr refused to accept as presented after our bill BILL was presented at the Rosewood/ Briarwood Boston pizza location. After consuming our meal and charged us full price! Waitress said she was un aware of this mgrs policy. She did not know about that policy.. Waitress was awesome and we could sense her frustration about Mgrs decision to not honor our grand children's $5.00 donation promotion card meals. Do NOT trust the Rosewood Boston pizza, will not honor kids vouchers which were purchased for a community donation. Luckly I am well connected in sports community and will continue to relate our experience. I feel for this Waitress who deserved a nice tip 30% for her service but management dictated a hidden rule on our 4 grandhildren under 8 years old. Did not argue with waitress as she was not comfortable with message she was sent by Mgr to deliver over $20.00 item. We have spent many $ at this location per year. Will not happen in future and all sports teams I am involved with will be advised of this locations policies. DO NOT BUY THEIR $5.00 CHILDREN CARD PROMOTION. Decided to order some pickup from this location. The food was made fresh and just as good as if we were seated in the restaurant.
Food is always great but a terrible ungodly sound coming from speakers.. music?? it was loud and bad and had to ask several times to turn it down.

Good food. However the waitress took 40 ish minutes to bring us the bill. When we looked back while waiting, she was taking shots with what appeared to be her friends at another table. It seemed like all the staff that night were friends with many of the young customers, which left for a very loud, drunkened and delayed atmosphere. There is nothing wrong with having fun on the job sure, until it affects your work. It was obvious she was drinking when we had finally received our bill. Will not be returning to this location sadly. Also have had friends at this location in the past have trouble with the restaurant’s debit machines. This left said friends having to pay double for their meal, with no later compensation.

Took Crystal on a date here. We got some beers, pizza, and a burger. Food was good, service was decent for what it is. Prices were high but that’s Canada in 2023.
