Nov 9 about 6:45 pm incase you guys have cameras in the kitchen. Our waitress was terrific, very welcoming. We ending up sitting in the spot where we can see the kitchen. One guy with big black beard was not wearing a beard net. Another was making fries, no gloves on, thumb inside bowls when grabbing them, but he grabbed a hand full of fries and put them in a to go box bare handed??? Thats acceptable? He then is eating food, and then proceeding to put food in boxes with bare hands. Unreal. The girl waitress is super and very nice but come on. You cant allow any of that.

Tried Mediterranean pizza yesterday and there was no Mushrooms and Red onion on it and the amount of cheese was very less didn’t test like a really good pizza. Tried mozzarella stick it was okay and tried Spinach and Mushroom Pasta was good

Bree was our server tonight and she was amazing! I was there with my son, newborn daughter and best friend. She was sooo kind to my kids! She went out of her way to interact with my 4 year old and make him feel special. Food, service and atmosphere was great- I would recommend bringing your family here!

Food was great, had a loaded pizza, me and my afternoon buddies we like going to the lounge having a few and watching some football/baseball/hockey, etc. And yes, even Soccer watching Liverpool, Jake’s got us all into that one.
I am a regular there, and the staff is awesome, Donavan, Courtney, Jeff, Maddie, Shay, McKenzie, Mitchell, Tom, especially Chris from the restaurant side. He’s pretty solid.

Dissapointed. Not lived upto the boston pizza standard. The crust was very dry and the pizza overall tasted like a cardboard. How can we convince ourselves to come back if it just tasted like a cheap corner store pizza...
On August 10th around 9:00 p.m., I visited the Boston Pizza location on Nelson Road with my family Unfortunately, after our visit, me and my family member experienced severe food poisoning. We were up all night vomiting and had to see a doctor the next day. Even now, our stomachs are still upset, and some of our family member are experiencing similar symptoms. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and we are very disappointed with the food safety standards at this location. Never going back very bad experience

hi iam owner of trucking company and i came this boston pizza last 6year..guy name raphy and he is missbehave with me 2 times ..but nobody take any action to that guy ...i have video also...never recommended this bar and restaurent..probably raisist with brown guyy..name raphy
