The management trying to tear someone down over their place of employment is wildly unprofessional. As someone who also works in the service industry, they should realize that working at another restaurant is no different - and that place probably has working urinals and sinks. Twice in a row my Boston Royal came without shrimp so I just drive across town instead of going to this location for takeout now.

I’m not normally one to review on bigger chain restaurants, but I had to share my experience from the other night! Our family was tired after a long day and we ordered a bigger meal for pickup. We picked up and when we got the meal home, one of the dishes (Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese) was missing the chicken. I called and told the manager who was so so sweet and apologized immediately and offered to remake the dish if we could pick up in 15 minutes. This was great service of course, but when we picked up the meal, we got home to find an extra garlic bread, an extra container of buffalo chicken in addition to the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese AND a full sized dessert (a large slice of chocolate cake with whipped cream). Seriously above and beyond what was expected or necessary and I appreciated it so much! Not to mention the woman that was dealing with it was the sweetest lady ever and I’m tempted to find out who she is so I can bring her some flowers.

Being Indigenous means being followed into the bathroom and not getting getting severed until 40 mins later. I ordered chicken Alfredo and I got buttered noodles with a sloppy side of chicken. I left after i got cold food especially when my people at my table ordered food and was laughed at for ordering. I wish I was being dramatic but I guess that’s what I get for being indigenous in a white peoples space
