The burger they made was cold when bit into and super mushy. When I looked it was completely raw and couldn’t even be called cooked, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Called and they couldn’t understand my perfectly spoken English, I tried to say it slower and easier to understand, not in a rude way either, and I had no idea what they were trying to say, but they were very fast to be frustrated. I was nothing but respectful even after receiving this slap in the face of a burger and was spoken to with anger. Was hard to continue to be patient so I hung up. From what I’ve heard, it’s been nothing but negative about this Boston Pizza. There was the bottom stem of the romaine in my Ceasar salad and barely anything besides lettuce. How do you cook a burger like this not on purpose. Needs better management and workers. Gotta love the “standards” and lack of respect for customers. Bring back good workers not the ones who just show up.

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at the Boston Pizza Blairmore location in Saskatoon. My server, Fernanda, truly went above and beyond in making my visit special. She was not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything i needed and offering excellent recommendations from the menu.
The food was fantastic! I ordered a few different dishes, and everything came out hot and flavorful. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of toppings and a perfectly crispy crust. The drinks were also great, perfectly complementing the meal.
What really stood out was the level of service. Fernanda made me feel like a valued guest and paid attention to all the little details, which really enhanced the dining experience. Her positive attitude and attentiveness are a big reason I’ll be coming back. Overall, if you’re looking for a place with great food, drinks, and exceptional service, I highly recommend the Blairmore Boston Pizza. I’ll definitely be returning soon! :)

Ordered online and scheduled for pickup. Arrived on time, and it wasn't ready. I have to sit and wait for 15 minutes. Super late. The restaurant wasn't even busy. No apologies. Who cares. The food is not that good. There are so many leftovers. First time to order here and maybe the last.
Food was good, we love their bourbon bbq pizza. Although it wasn’t mind blowing but it is Boston pizza. Service was okay, not the greatest but not horrible. Seemed like the host served us more than our actual server. Overall good though.

Ordered Jambalaya Fettuccine asked for dried parm with it. Didn't get it. Was told after if I wanted it I would have to pay for it. I said to him, so if I asked for that in the restaurant, would I have to pay??? Top it off with the delivery guy.... I asked how much did I still owe?? Uhhh .... I looked at him said 10.00??? He goes yes. Then I got a glance at the machine and it said $7.11 ..... WOW......Needless to say he did not get a tip......??
