I came in with my two friends for dinner, our server was Abigail P. We were sat at a circle table that was very open. We noticed it wasn’t so busy so we very politely asked to switch to a booth because we prefer to be more closed off, we apologized for the inconvenience as we work in the restaurant industry and understand it can be a bother. But after that our server was extremely closed off and standoffish. Barely talked to us the entire meal except for the necessity’s like asking what we wanted to order etc. The words she did say were of aggressive nature and very uninviting/uninterested. When our food got to the table one of the dishes, poutine was completely cold and cheese was basically frozen, and the other dish was serviced to us with no bacon when we ordered it with extra bacon. We asked for the poutine to be reheated and it came back cold again but drenched in gravy. When we were served our food again, it was slammed on the table and aggressively shoved our way. Then our bills were all mixed up and it was just a struggle to pay for our food. We noticed our server at other tables being way more friendly and enthusiastic towards them. So it was just frustrating getting that treatment. We’re all young and in college and we were super friendly, quiet and kind the whole time, the service was very frustrating. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Stopped in for lunch with two colleagues and had the $15 lunch special, which included half a main dish, a side dish and a drink. We agreed that these were more than big enough for a lunchtime meal. Delicious, too. Good service. Thank you, BP.

To be fair I don’t blame the serving staff for the lack of guidance or training. I don’t feel the service was great. For example I had to chase down a waitress for cutlery after she brought me my pasta. I have never had to do that in my life. The menu I found was over priced for the service and food I received. I think management could step it up to make sure their service staff know what customers expect and need to eat their meal. I will not be eating at this location again. Boston pizza as a whole has gone down hill. Used to be one of my top places to eat for a reasonable price.

I went this restaurant for pickup skip order . They said me we are going to ready order . After 25 minutes they said we can’t give you order because it’s a huge order . I don’t know why they wasted my time . They wanted delivery by your own driver md take money from customer

Cassidy was our server today for lunch. She was great! Very personable and efficient. Food is the regular Boston Pizza franchise food lol. But the service is probably what will make me come back. There is also a box at the front where children can choose one little toy. My nephew loved that. They have got a really excellent kids menu.

The server taking care of us was Skye. She was fantastic. We came in for a specific hockey game after calling about 4 other bars in the city this was the only location that would be able to put on the Monday night prime games. At the time when we arrived she was quite busy and she was the only person working the lounge side. We told her from the get go we would be a super easy table for her and to take her time as we intended on being there for 3 hours for the whole hockey game. She checked in on us as regularly as she could for drink refills, how the food was tasting. Ended up ordering quite a bit between some appies, a full rack of ribs, pasta, then desert to finish the night. We had several other patrons chat with us about the game she put on for us. We brought team gear for each team. She took great care of us and we will be back for sure!

It's a well run BPs. Staff are helpful and attentive, the food is what you would expect, and the service is usually quick. Great place for a family meal or a drink with friends.
Kid-friendliness: Very very kid friendly. This is our 4 and 6 year olds favorite restaurant and we have been coming here since they were babies
