Went there to claim my complementary birthday dessert and grab pizza with my girls! The staff Genevieve was so lovely and fun to spend our night with. A very sweet soul and also made sure we had everything to celebrate.10/10 customer service!

For going after 9pm on a Saturday the service was good. The waitress was awesome, very friendly and the food only took a little over half hour, there was 6 of us. I definitely would go again . Food came to the table hot and didnt have to ask for refills.

All our food was presented very nicely but we talked about it, and all agreed that it didn't have a lot of flavour. Just quite bland. Other than that it was great!

We always eat at this location, usually love it, however when we were in there on Sat we had just an awful experience.
Took awhile for our waitress, finally came and in taking our orders it was like she had a hard time comprehending what we were wanting, wings combo she really seemed to be stuck on. Here is my complaint. We ordered Hawaiian chicken pizza and I swear I said no back like 4 times and made sure she understood this, allergies. Pizza came and my husband said it didn't look right and thinks it has bacon on it, she stood there arguing with him saying there isn't. I pulled out the biggest piece of bacon I have actually seen on a pizza and asked her ..what is this? She scoffed and took it away. Another lady came by and said they can make another but will take some time because they are busy or they can just take it off my bill. We were finished our meal already and wasn't going to sit and wait another 20mins and I said well I am not ordering the pizza so I would hope you would take off the bill, she walked away behind me but my daughter sure seen her roll her eyes and shook her head as if I have been so difficult, I really wasn't as the conversation went exactly what it was. Normally we don't have any issues here and always quick to accommodate if so, that's why we always come back. This time however I left with a horrible feeling, especially trying to deny anything was wrong when it was clear there was. I am not sure I will come back now. We are frequent enough, maybe once a week to once every 2 weeks. I really wished the normal manager was on duty, he is great to deal with. I actually didn't realize we weren't talking to the manager until I was walking out of the door, after paying full price for everything, that it wasn't but I was so mad I couldn't even be bothered at this point.

I started eating at the Boston Pizza back in July of 2025. I found out very quickly the service / atmosphere and the food to be second to none. I’ve had a great waitress each time I dined in. I want to give a special thanks to Gena. I enjoyed have her as a waitress, tonight as a manager she was great.

I don't think iv ever had such great service with a smile from any other restaurant...the food was great and Genna was awesome...I will be returning and thats a guarantee!...Update!! I went back!! And I had Skye as a server and she GREAT!! She's also very friendly and loves her job you can tell...food was awesome again and ill be going back again!!

I sent an email but did not receive a response. BP has always been a great time with friends or family. But when I sit down with my daughter in the lounge to have a pint each as we're out looking at wedding venues and two beer cost me over $25 with a tip that's the last time I'm going there when other places in town you can buy a pint of beer a lot cheaper. I have told many friends about this not to be that guy but times are tougher with money and that's not a way to increase business.

Ordered a pizza and so called bread sticks, the server never said they did not had them any more..I got something else they sold me…the pizza was ordered no onions, because husband can not do onions. Called when I got home talked to the manager Chris that was willing to make me a new order.. But I live out of the city and was not driving back in, so then he offered me a 50.00 store credit for next time I come in, just to use my name and phone number..I went to claim it and was told they do not do that, I said to talk to Chris the other manager that offered this…his was not in so I was willing to pay for my pizza till they could get it straitened out. Or course the girl that calls herself a manager, said she was not going to even serve now….poor so called manager….WOW very pour managers they like to call them self….called today to see, and the other manager said the three of them discussed it and nothing can be done..So good luck in calling the credit card company and let them know how it goes….Boston Pizza should look for real managers….lesson learned never trust a so called managers…. Karma will get you..
