Well, I was craving Burger King specifically a whopper for a few months now. So yesterday I went in and ordered one for takeout. When I finally got my whopper, the bun was so dry and hard and its was not tasteful at all. It was very hard to eat. But I was hungry and ate it anyways as I already was on my way home. Pretty disappointing to say the least Burger King, do better. I now won’t be craving one of these for a while. Yesterday’s whopper ruined it for me. The location in Stonebridge is no better, Heck, even Confed makes a pretty good whopper. If I ever do have another craving, I’ll go to the one in Preston Crossing or the one in Warman. This location seems to be so hit and miss, more miss than anything.

Ordered skip the dishes. No milkshake sent even though we ordered one. Called to clarify and the employee flat out told me I was wrong and HUNG UP. Will be contacting the manger about this. Very unprofessional. Did not even off to send us another. UNBELIEVABLE!

Food looked like it was just tossed all together no care at all, order taker spoke little to no English and it was quite a hard time, and bacon was raw and disgusting. Overall not the first time I’ve gotten shitty service from this location. DO BETTER

Small order wasn’t correct, tried calling the store twice to have it resolved and no one picks the phone up. Tried contacting Burger King but because they didn’t give me my receipt I can’t get ask for the item to be replaced.
Very disappointing won’t be going back for awhile

I’ve been coming to this location off and on for about a decade as I work pretty close to it and have a hard time saying no to a whopper with cheese. It seems to me that the quality of this BK has been declining to be honest. I have a couple of experiences lately that have left me scratching my head.
First off, they’ve adopted the practice of getting you to pull up past the 3rd window once they give you your drink to a door that is about 4 feet further than the 3rd window. I wouldn’t really care but there are 2 problems with this.
1.The customer behind you is impatient because they think you got your order and are now just blocking the drive-thru because you’re just parked beside a door instead of the window. They begin to get upset and give rude gestures in your rear view mirror or even honk.
2. You’re now blocking the entrance on this side of the building. So people are squeezing past your car and looking at you weird when they’re trying to get in. Its horribly awkward.
All of this is amplified by the fact that the 2nd window hasn’t been operational in at least 5 years. The sign in the window telling you to pull to the next window is so sun faded I’m sure it’ll be a blank sheet by the time that window finally opens back up.
I would never have left this review, but last week I ordered 8 nuggets and I got given a product I never thought I’d receive from a Burger King. Instead of the usual white pouch of BK nuggets. I got a brown cardboard box, filled with what I believe were McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets. I’m totally not kidding. I obviously threw them out (which I’ve had to with countless meals from this place) and I was going to just let it go but honestly this place just needs to be better. I know that times are tough but your customers are having a bad experience.

From offering helpful recommendations to checking in at just the right moments, her warm attitude truly elevated our dining experience.
