The manager served us. She was very friendly and efficient. Great to all customers and her staff! ?Wheelchair accessibility: Handy spots right at the door. I had a little ice on the parking lot, but it was easy to get in.

Service was great and the workers were super nice. Food although wasn't great. Went with my boyfriend and my friend and they both got bad food poisoning. Bf got 2 whoppers, friend got the fish sandwich and I just had the fries. Im thinking it was something with the bread.

Unfortunately, as a weekly visitor, I see a lot of unchanged things and can no longer continue to visit this restaurant. Workers claim that they fix problems but that's not the case at all. There are ways to fix bathroom stalls and clean washrooms properly. A worker claimed that they keep fixing the locks but that's untrue. There are multiple ways to fix problems, but no creative measures have been taken. There are no papers displayed to see when the washrooms were last cleaned. Even Value Village fixed their bathroom problem. It is hard to believe food quality is satisfactory if the washrooms are always filthy and broken as the building as a whole reflects the policies of the business. Putting up a sign that says out of order every week doesn't solve the issue. I can tell employees are defensive by this problem because they are quick to snap back if it is brought up. Its too bad that inspections let establishments know before they come. This place would not pass. I have come to this location for 30 years. I even worked here as a teenager. It's hard to see it plunge so far.

it's as expected, good service and clean at the tills and seating area. the whopper was ok, slapped together with little lettuce and pickles all stacked in one spot. But the price is good with coupons, 4 whopper meals for 30 dollars is very hard to beat.

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered their 2 for $5.00 for lunch today. I asked that the original chicken sandwich be spicy, and no lettuce but put onions on instead. The person takes my order and charges me .20 cents for onions. I asked why when I am not getting lettuce. He said it wasn’t his fault I didn’t want lettuce. I told him I had never been charged for that at the other BK’s. He insisted that they all do charge extra, and he has worked there for 5 years. I told him he was wrong, but that I would pay it just so I could carry on. I phoned 3 other BK’s in the city, and they all said they would not charge extra. I know it’s only .20 cents, but I will never go back there, so they have lost a paying customer over .20 cents. I’m tired of businesses that have no customer service. When I tried to call this restaurant afterwards, they hung up on me.
