This wasn't my first time ordering from burger king but on sunday 13th of April 2025 , I made an order from uber-eat to get Original chicken sandwich, 8 chicken nuggets and a diet coke. I had my meal by 2:30pm and at 10pm later in the night, I had the worst food poisoning experience of my life. I was stooling, in pains and shivering. I am still stooling and taking fluids in order to replenish my electrolytes in my body. This was a very sad and painful experience for me and i doubt if Burger king will ever see me again.

Fantastic morning drive thru staff. The ladies working on the morning of April 10 delivered exceptional customer service and my food was made fresh and delicious.

TERRIBLE!!! Went through the drive through this evening . Asked if they lettuce wrapped, which she said they don’t, but can serve the double whopper without the bun, which is ok. She asked if I wanted cheese and I asked if it was processed cheese or real cheddar, and she said it was real cheddar, so I ordered it with cheese. Also ordered cheese sticks and onion rings for my grandson. ❌ onion rings luke warm and soggy ❌ cheese sticks cold, like chewing a rubber band ❌ bun less whopper, served in a box, but no fork and knife to eat it, and also luke warm ❌not real cheddar cheese, it was processed (plastic) cheese, gross!
First time going to a Burger King and definitely the absolute last time too!

The food was perfectly prepared and warm..the cheese pull on my poutine was all worth the trip! Thanks to whoever was cooking today!
they usually give me just 2 sweet and sour but they gave me 3 and i feel loved!! give them a raise

Have ate here many times over the years but it's just a crack house now homeless people sleeping on benches tables were filthy sketchy people everywhere using free wifi will never go here again

Horrible! Haven't been here for awhile and was very disappointed at how bad it has become. Never going back. Dining area was obviously not for customers. Filthy. Didn't bother ordering anything so don't know how the food is.
