Customer service at this location has gone so far down hill it’s been lost by most upper employees (ie. supervisors). I went to the drive through to pick up an online order and went to the window and was greeted with the rudest supervisor she didn’t even make an attempt at being kind and was snappy and rude right from when she opened the window. Will not be coming back

I drove over to purchase a meal for my family that I couldn't do online because there was no option to pay on pick up, showed my order on the app to the supervisor on duty who proceeded to charge me for my meal without scanning my bar code. When I brought it to his attention after the purchase I was told there was nothing that could be done to earn the points after purchase at the counter!
I expected the supervisor to take responsibility & attempt to help earn my points but I suspect even that was asking for too much. Sad!

The guy taking orders in the drive through is a joke. Doesn't even listen to you, it's actually just weird. He was laughing the whole time too, and doing it on purpose. Guess I'll just be going elsewhere from now on. *I asked, how much do the different fry sizes cost as it's not listed, and he's just like, "Yup, medium fries, anything else?" I just drove to the window to complain. The girl was trying to be nice, but this guy was just being an jerk on purpose. At least I hope it was on purpose, cause if he really can't have a 2 way conversation, I guess he's got some real issues.
Probably one of the more affordable and healthy options for "fast food." Burgers taste like real burgers and I love that the fries aren't loaded with salt.

I was in the drive thru for pickup order last night @12:17. My turn came after 7-8 min to the window and the guy at the window like, come after 10 min is not ready yet ! What’s the point of drive thru then? Now I have to come again in the drive thru ? What is this? There are other BK in the town. Now one is doing like this. Unacceptable. Even the guy at window is rude. -5 star

I went to the drive thru tonight after a long day of driving and was super hungry. I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time so I asked for suggestions. The order taker Abhi was patient with me and said to try the bacon king. When I pulled ahead to pay he was polite and swiftly handed me my order. The food was great and the customer service too. Can’t wait to come again!

I've been to this location a few times. The food is usually cold or over salted. Service is extremely slow. Decided to dine in and watch a lady wipe the table with her hand. No spray bottle just hand. Extremely unclean. I asked for a light ice drink they removed the ice and left part of the drink empty. Wouldn't recommend.

Save your time and drive to Preston crossing for bk. Managers and staff do not care their food is terribly prepared. I worked at Burger King as a teen and would be embarrassed to provide these meals.
