Manager and staff have to be retrained again.. ilove burger king but this location have a very poor customer service and the food are cold.. i called this store couple of times but no one is answering.. if you guys dont like your job then quit.. hope the management do something about it.. read some google reviews on your store alot of them are poor costumer service.. your just disgracing the name of the fast food chain..

I recently visited the Burger King drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. The staff member, a young woman, seemed unprofessional and rushed, which made the interaction feel dismissive. My order was correct, but the overall service left much to be desired. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

I order from this location a original chicken combo the food was good but the customer service was worst . The lady working yesterday was so rude i guess i read the name was jasneet she was so rude and was in so much attitude. Will never come again.

I just ordered, and I’m very disappointed with my recent experience ordering poutine from Burger King. When I received my order, the fries were completely cold, the cheese curds were not melted at all — just solid chunks — and the gravy was thick, lumpy, and had a strange texture. None of it was hot or seemed freshly made.
What’s especially frustrating is that I usually order around the same time, and other Burger King locations still manage to serve hot, fresh food even at night. So I know it’s possible to maintain quality. This time, though, it felt like zero care went into preparing the meal.
I was really looking forward to this and ended up feeling sad and disappointed. I hope this location takes more pride in its food and service going forward — customers deserve better.

I had a good experience today. Their Assistant manager Jandeep was very helpful. I wrongly played an order to another locattion. I already made my order. I told her I wrongly placed an order to another location. She offered me the same to go I am so happy. This is now my favorite location . They got very accomodsting manager and crew - ismael
