I visited the Burger King at the Stonebridge location and ordered through the drive-through.
Unfortunately, the employee who handed us our order was very rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting or basic courtesy, which made the experience unpleasant and disappointing.
Customer service is very important, and this visit did not meet expectations. I hope the owner or management will address this issue.

Not happy at all went threw the drive threw about ten minutes ago and had to wait for two packs of nuggets. When I got them more then half of them are cold and chewy like leather dog food in my opinion. I got three fresh nuggets out of 16 poor service especially after making me wait for fresh ones!!!!!!! Boooooo won't eat here again

I had trouble getting my BK app to generate a QR code so I could get one of the BK app offers in the restaurant. The manager was willing to give an 10% discount which was equal to the value of the coupon. Although I was getting frustrated, the staff was patient, friendly and helpful. The burgers were good and fresh. The fries were excellent; fresh and hot. This location is also clean and modern. Thank you!

I went to the Burger King on Saturday
I have ordered Burger King from multiple locations throughout the city and I always find this one to not be that great. I can understand not giving ketchup if you don’t request it but when you’re ordering a meal, people would at least like to have some napkins. Plus, it isn’t the first time the pop has been flat at this location. Do better, Burger King.

I was using the app to get a discount on a Whopper meal and the app was having errors. I walk through the issue with the the manager on staff and she said she couldn't do anything about it. I just asked for her to apply the coupon to the meal and she refused. I asked if I should go to another restaurant or a competitor that would do a simple thing for a customer and she said that was up to me. So I did will not be coming back

So disgusting the guy cashier with facial hair ( tons of hair sticking out of his beard. The thought of it while giving me the food was gross I ended up throwing the food! So gross. Shave or trim it under so the mask or hair net can cover it.
Went through drive through with my son. Quick service and reasonable price but was met with considerable dismay to hear the tone of the employee serving me. Truly not in a good mood which is ok, but taking it out on customers is still not correct. Food was pretty solid and hot, well put together but I don’t plan on returning after the poor service.
Got my order in a snap but with that same snap they magically disappeared bacon from my burger
I guess when you order a whopper and you ask for light mayo, and you tell them No to cheese, they give you exactly what you don’t want! So in translation, light male means extra mayo to them and no cheese means put cheese on! Okay got it!
There have been several times I’ve ordered double bacon cheeseburgers that come with no bacon. My last burger had so much grease it was wet. And today they gave me two poutines and zero forks. Do you guys expect me to eat it with my hands? This is terrible service. I’ve been coming here for lunch twice a week for the last 7 months and lately they’ve been awful. Plus I’ve had quite a few burgers that taste like a dirty grill. Gross. Get better.
