Went through drive through with my son. Quick service and reasonable price but was met with considerable dismay to hear the tone of the employee serving me. Truly not in a good mood which is ok, but taking it out on customers is still not correct. Food was pretty solid and hot, well put together but I don’t plan on returning after the poor service.

I guess when you order a whopper and you ask for light mayo, and you tell them No to cheese, they give you exactly what you don’t want! So in translation, light male means extra mayo to them and no cheese means put cheese on! Okay got it!

There have been several times I’ve ordered double bacon cheeseburgers that come with no bacon. My last burger had so much grease it was wet. And today they gave me two poutines and zero forks. Do you guys expect me to eat it with my hands? This is terrible service. I’ve been coming here for lunch twice a week for the last 7 months and lately they’ve been awful. Plus I’ve had quite a few burgers that taste like a dirty grill. Gross. Get better.

I have been coming to this Burger King location since day one. The service is always great. The manager is very approachable and helpful. The restaurant is kept clean or as much as possible. I always come in and ask for fresh fries, they don’t ever question me along with fresh tasting coffee. Out of all the locations in Saskatoon I would definitely recommend this one by far. I also want to mention that every Christmas they decorate the entire interior, it really makes you feel great and in the festive mood. The manager decorates the restaurant. 10/10.

Went here tonight for supper. Not busy. My chicken burger tasted like it was either old or cooked twice nasty. Husband's fries had so much salt on them couldn't even eat them. His burger was ok. Son's mozza sticks looked well done he said they were ok. Probably won't return to this location

The supervisor or manager sunday morning was so rude and doesn’t know how to speak politely. Train her for customer service.
The place is clean and the service is quite fast. Please note that they do not accept gift cards. I was told that their POS system is not equipped (yet) to handle it.

If you are in need of Christmas spirit or just need a little boost, head on down to BK Stonebridge, just off Clarence...you will not be disappointed!!!! I mean, the food is awesome, staff are very friendly but the atmosphere...WOW!!! Just...WOW!!!!
