the food was fine i guess. but i had to stand there and argue with the girl for like 10 minutes. trying to convince her that they do indeed have hersheys chocolate shake. she tried to give me a oreo shake and i said no that’s not what i wanted. i said that i literally had ordered a hersheys shake from here and the confed location. woman said that she had been working with bk for 4 years and never once heard or seen the hersheys chocolate shake. the other employees were getting involved and tried to tell me same thing. then one of them went to the back and pulled out the box that the chocolate comes in and said it’s the only chocolate they have and they guess this is what i was talking about. they cleared it by saying next time to just say “chocolate shake” cause i guess all they have is hersheys. really could have been resolved quicker by getting to that conclusion but whatever. i have no clue why they wouldn’t believe me when i said i had ordered it before lol oh and the bathrooms are dirty. do you guys not clean it? this whole experience could have been so much better if the woman would have just put it together more quickly.

lol words can’t describe this BK. You know when your grandmother cooks you food and you can taste the love ? At this BK you can honestly taste the pain and suffering of the employees. Every time I’ve been inside the store the woman who seems to be a manager is yelling at the employees while they’re trying to put my food together. Never see the same people, assuming that everybody quits after a week. Worst BK ever lmao. Yikes man

Ordered food from this location and I came 10 mins after I ordered, walked in and both employees were on there phone and hiding in the back, told them I was here for pickup and they had nothing ready as they didnt see the online order come through due to hiding in the back. Girl came up and didnt even wash her hands after being on her phone.
