I came in for a late breakfast at 1:48pm and the place was a ghost town. After 15 min one of the roaming waitresses finally took my order. The cook refused though, as he said no breakfast after 2... even though I'd been sitting there wanting to order since before 2! I just drank my coffee and left. I won't return.Also: one server let out a large, juicy sounding and very gross belch as she walked by. Usually I only hear belches like that from young guys after the bars close. She was the same server that snatched her tip from my hand last time I was here, and didn't even say thank you.I also noticed there was what looked like dried baby puke on my booth.Avoid! I've been there 3 times now as the breakfast was pretty good the first time, but the second wasn't as good and now this nonsense.

They tried to charge me for so called eating at the Restaurant as I never ate their food. Front desk said it was $44.then front desk said it was the fault of the restaurant. Also i saw the staff been very rude to guests from the front lobby. If you don't like your job then quit your job. Found out the restaurant have tried to charge other guests the same thing from front desk. Would never eat at a place like that. And I am a Vegan.

Service was terrible today. One of our orders took an hr to get and the waitress messed up our other orders. She did not come back to our table at all after that. Would not recommend eating here.

Recently ate here, had the sausage and ham omelette and shredded hash browns. I was disappointed, my omelette was beyond greasy and left a bad taste in my mouth. My shredded hash browns were dry. Coffee refill didn't happen, yet we waited for our food for about 30 minutes and it was not busy at all. What happened to the restaurant we used to enjoy, Butlers used to be a great place to eat, just disappointing.

The best I can say about it was that it's ok. The food (alfredo noodles) were lukewarm, service wasn't good either. Waited a good 5 minutes to be seated. Nobody came to ask how the meal went or if we'd like refills or any anything else with my meal. Very disappointing for the price I paid.
