Was a wonderful experience. Service was outstanding helping us with wine choices and food pairings. We never felt rushed, was a nice little pause between courses. The food was perfectly cooked and elevated with flavors and presentation. A perfect place for a date night! We'll be back for sure!
Brooke our server was fantastic! Food was good, scallops were small and overcooked. Expectations of food quality are high as they should be at a higher end restaurant. They need to do better on the food quality.
The whole team that served us (Rachel, Miko and Reid) were amazing. We were given such great attention and service. The food was perfectly cooked and overall it was simply perfect. Highly recommend 👌
Cocktails were good and well priced. The cocktail menu comprised of classic cocktails which I really liked. The lounge has very nice ambiance. The seating is very comfortable and the floor plan is well designed where you can still see other customers while being able to have your own conversation. We had the scallops for an appy and they were very good. Great flavour, nice sear but were warm. That seemed to be the theme of the evening. None of the dishes that came out of the kitchen were hot. I’m not sure if it’s because it was sitting in the pass or bad timing. I had the lamb ($47). It was alright. The sweet potato pave was good. My partner had the steak and said it wasn’t great ($51). He liked the potatoes. We both enjoyed the broccolini. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for either of our entres.
Our evening began poorly. There was a miscommunication between the service staff and our table wasn’t greeted for at least 5 minutes (but no more than 10 mins). Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were busy but the servers and bartender were just chatting at the well. When our server was present she was good (Britany). This used to be our go to spot but unfortunately it is not as good as it used to be (food and service) and we will not be back.

Had the scallops for an appetizer, amazing! Beef short ribs as a main, no knife required! So tender and delicious. Service was excellent.
Great food 🎉 a bit pricey, though.

We attended for an early Mother’s Day celebration. The food and service were exceptional. Heather was our server and she did a fine job explaining the menu and the special. She was positive and smiling the entire evening. We asked about the method of preparation of one of the items, she had the Chef, Angus, come out and explain the technique. My son, who has had many of my excellent steaks, said tonight was the best steak he has ever had. I would recommend Carvers to anyone wanting the best steak in Saskatoon. Thanks Heather and Angus for an unforgettable experience. Delicious.
Had a wonderful experience. Our server, Heather, was helpful, friendly, and on top of our every need. She answered all our questions, and was very pleasant. The Chef, Angus, even came out and told us about the Cold-smoked Ribeye with bone in Special, that was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our picky 15yo son said it was the best steak he has ever had (and I bbq an excellent Rib steak). The flavors were top level and the experience was fabulous to celebrate Mother's Day a bit early. Thanks Carvers.
What a surprise to find this gem in Saskatoon. Awesome food, well above the standards for great restaurants around. Keen eye to detail in every dish. We had the ravioli and brownie from the menu, and paella as special. All 10 out of 10. 100% recommended. Great service and environment for a date or family event.

The round tables in the dining room are the best for a quiet atmosphere convo
I've never been disappointed with the steak dinners here, I also highly recommend the twice baked potato. Kenneth is an awesome server-well done and thank you!
The beef rib was good. The food was plated well and portion sizes were good. Service was also good. The restaurant also had a good ambience. It is located in a convenient location with parking.
Made a reservation and was Bumped into the lounge, had to compete with music , dateline and hockey. Not what I drove for a hour and half for.
Great food good place for a celebration dinner or date night. Everything was delicious. Service was great as well
