This is flat out soul food. Their lumpia have me in a chokehold! The Arroz Caldo puts the nom in phenomenal and the Caesar Platter is something I’d go to war for, it’s THAT good! This restaurant is a hidden gem and a foodie's favourite!

I visited Cesar’s recently and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We ordered porkchopsilog, chicken mami, palabok, and arroz caldo. The quality of all the dishes fell far below expectations, especially considering the high prices. Cesar’s used to serve much better food, so this was quite surprising.
Service was also lacking. The young lady who assisted us seemed uninterested and not in the mood to help, which negatively affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, the glass of water provided to us was not thoroughly cleaned—something I found concerning.
In total, we spent around $90 for food we could not even finish. I have never left Cesar’s feeling this disappointed. I truly hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as it has the potential to return to the great dining experience it once offered.

So this morning I was at the restaurant stopped in and had tapsilog for breakfast there was just me and one other guy in the restaurant and when I was almost done with my meal the waitress came to me and said the guy that was just here paid for your meal I said what? Why? I was surprised cause this is the first time in my life this has ever happened to me and of course it would just happen to be a Filipino to do it… and 1 of a million reasons why I love Filipino people to the guy who never mentioned he was doing this and then left without me getting a chance to say thank you let me take this opportunity to say salamat po 😁 you made my day you are a very good person… and I hope you get many blessings for doing this…

Soft and fresh breads! yummy
Used to be our go to place but food’s gone a bit downhill. Had a chicksilog and the chicken was dry, old and stale… not even an apology for it. They just asked to see it. Expensive for the quality. Service is decent though.

I have not tried the food yet but bakery items are great. I will keep coming back for the flan it's one of my favorite desserts and not a lot of places sell it.

Cesar’s Cakes & Café made my daughter’s birthday extra special with two absolutely delicious cakes. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. Both cakes were moist, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was just right for our celebration. Highly recommend them for any occasion!
