I have not tried the food yet but bakery items are great. I will keep coming back for the flan it's one of my favorite desserts and not a lot of places sell it.
Definitely recommend Cesar's for a birthday cake. My cake was so good and would recommend them to anyone who wants a cake made. So happy with my birthday cake. 10/10
Cake was delicious and the celebrant approved it. Thank you and we recommend this store for custom cakes.
The cake and bakery are so good. The waitress is nice and friendly.

Cesar’s Cakes & Café made my daughter’s birthday extra special with two absolutely delicious cakes. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. Both cakes were moist, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was just right for our celebration. Highly recommend them for any occasion!

Cesar’s Cakes and Cafe did our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing! We picked up the cake about a half hour before our pickup time and we loved how it looked! We wanted fresh flowers adorning the cake and they looked fresh and no wilting. The flavour was ube macapuno and it was delicious as well. A definite highlight to our wedding. While we were moving it we squished the box a little bit but the cake still looked fantastic. Would recommend!

Bought tons of food worth $200+ today. Siopao was great but the rest of the Filipino food I ordered was not the best Filipino food I tasted.
There was a hair on one of their halo halo (I ordered 2 halo halo both was not the best but at least the other one doesn’t have a hair!)
Overall, such a waste of money!!
Very disappointing!!

Omg I love the cake.
This place is great, haven't had the food much though.
I come here regularly for bread, their rolls are very good and you get a dozen for 5$. Best buns in the city for homemade smash burgers, by my finding so far.
Also 5$ adobo filled buns. A great, fast and cheap lunch for on the go. Like Asian BBQ pork buns, but bigger and baked instead of steamed.
They have some cool looking deserts too, though they're always out of the best one (that I've tried so far): three sweet mini donut like things on a stick. I'm sure their other deserts are good, but I'm a bit tight with money right now so they look expensive to me.
They do cake orders too I belive if that's your thing, some unique options here.

I love the pandesal and cheese-roll bread .However, the last time we visited here the food taste very good, today the pork adobo is bit hard and old.The pork sinigang looks deceiving .Im confused either its nilaga or bulalo???.The typical sinigang doesn’t comes with brocolli. It comes with labanos, eggplant, okra and kangkong(sometimes spinach for subs)but not cabbage ☺️☺️☺️.Also the portion for $22 is not big.Its not worth a visit .Maybe not coming back ,probably only for pandesal ….
