Bought 2lb mussels there today. Put them on ice immediately in a cooler. Once home straight into the fridge on ice. All mussels opened and reeking of rot when it came time to cook. Will never trust them again to buy shellfish from. Very disappointed.
While it is pricier than other stores you are paying for QUALITY. Charlie's always has great seafood and sashimi grade products! The staff are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
