Only 1 person working, this was 2:30pm on a Thursday, the order took a long time, they were out of plastic cups, the sealing machine was malfunctioning, napkin holders empty, garbage can overflowing, recieved the wrong order, also had asked for NO ICE, but still got ice. My daughter said her drink was water down, and they were out of black pearl as well.
Terrible experience, for paying $18 for two drinks. This is the second chance I've given this location after poor experiences in the past. They don’t have half of the product to make the smoothies so I went with the caramel Oreo smoothie and there was ZERO Oreos in my smoothie and the ice was not crushed properly so went back and got refund. Find the place has gone downhill since changing owners.

"I recently purchased two milk teas and one smoothie, and I requested additional pearls for my niece, who was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, when we got home, we were very disappointed. The pearls were not of good quality; they were overly hard and clumped together, making it impossible to enjoy the drinks. This experience upset my niece greatly, and she ended up crying because of it.
I believe that customers should receive products that are fresh and enjoyable, and it felt like we were given subpar pearls just to increase sales. This experience ruined our evening,

Best chatime I’ve been to in Saskatoon, the pearls are soft and not hard like the other locations in Saskatoon. People are friendly and they always do the alterations I like to my drink, it’s always perfect!

Just bought my drink here. The server just got my Oreo cookies from the fridge with bare hand, long fingernails without using anything to get the Oreo from the food container, tossed it to the blender after doing the til. Serving costumer after washing the cleaning rag by the sink. It was so unsanitary and so dissatisfied how she made my drink.

I've come here countless times over the past 2 years and they've only messed up one of my drinks which they immediately fixed without question. The crew here is amazing and easy to talk to and deal with.

I have ordered from here many times always loved it. However picked up a taro milk tea, it was the worst boba I have ever had. It was very thick and warm, and a weird brown colour not how it usually is. Had to throw away as I started getting sick. For the price I would not order this drink again.
