Used to be good. Now taste water down pearl milk tea. How can you fail so hard at making pearl milk tea is crazy. Not up to pas as use to. You just lost a customer.

90% of the time drinks are always made wrong and they taste watered down. It never used to be like this. Need to train the staff better as customer satisfaction is not being met.

Came here in hopes to get a bubble tea fix…. Came out with grey hair because it took so long. 30 minute wait for only 3 drinks. Not only that, the drinks were extremely tasteless/watered down and nothing like they were before. Sugar and ice levels should not matter nor should it not deter the taste of a drink. Adjustments should be made to ensure the taste quality remains the same
Worker was kind and respectful, but their skills could be improved. Now, could it have been that they were new? Possibly. But if that was the case, there should be no excuse for a new worker to be working alone on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON. Rather, for a bubble tea establishment to only have one worker on a weekend day.
I urge the new management and owners that took over to do better so that everyone is happy because it seemed like the worker could appreciate another helper.
Unless changes are made, I would not recommend coming here.

This place is usually pretty up to par, they’re understandably out of certain toppings or flavours sometimes when I come here, but I usually come in evening hours anyways so that bit I get. However, I came here for my birthday today, and I wasn’t able to get the name of this worker, it was only one working there, it was a male person of colour. I have also been told that there should usually be two workers there at all times by another worker a couple weeks ago, anyways, I ordered a banana milk tea with no toppings and less ice, along with a strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls and less ice, the banana milk tea was fine, on the other hand, the strawberry milk tea arrived warm with no ice and it was not mixed properly. It also took him about 15 minutes to make two drinks, there were no other customers while we were waiting for our drinks. I’m honestly disappointed because I usually come to this location when I want to treat myself to Chatime. Do with this information as you will.

Today I ordered at Chat time with Matcha Mosses. The guy looks tired and not welcoming. The drink was super sweet and no taste of matcha even I asked for “less sugar”. 1 sip and I threw it away. Not recommend

I recently visited the Confederation West location to redeem my birthday drink, and the experience was disappointing. The worker seemed irritated and unfriendly right from the start. Despite the store being empty, we were told to wait, and it took 10 minutes just to place our order. I was hesitant to even mention redeeming my free birthday drink because of the worker's demeanor. After ordering, we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks, which were served in paper cups. My drink came with no ice. Additionally, the working area was visibly dirty, with the worker's shoes sticking to the floor. I reached out to the store about these issues but never received a response.

Terrible experience Dirty No paper towels, toilet paper And no proper straws so have a normal straw which obviously doesn't work. This place has really gone down hill Avoid this location
