First and LAST time going to order from here! They said an hour wait and they took an hour and 40 mins late, food was cold and they cheaped out on the sweet and sour beef, chicken chow main was way over cooked, egg rolls were super greasy and they put them in a brown bag! Rice was over cooked and cold nope never again! Yuck

The delivery driver that dropped off the food seemed very nice He was friendly and it is my first time trying chef express. I expected it to be better than what I received, my lo mein and chow mein tasted the exact same (overly oily, almost swimming in it), the shrimp in my fried rice and lo mein didnt seem cooked enough. but the chicken balls were amazing. i recommend to people who do enjoy oily foods, but unfortunately its not my preference. the delivery speed was good aswell, i placed my order around 4:20ish and it was delivered by 5:25. the food was super hot so it was definitely made fresh. I would love to order from here again and give it another shot possibly if its more flavourful and less oily. Thanks!

Ordered Chef Express for the last time. We tried our best to eat it as it used to be our fave...but look at these shrimp: rubbery overcooked beyond crispy battered abominations (some veins). And the "special" fried rice? Def not the same as it used to be but also with the same overcooked shrimp and likely bad mushrooms which made me gag and spit it in the trash (sorry no pic). Not only that, they got the address wrong so there was mass confusion sorting that out over the phone with the driver and the restaurant, which resulted in cold food (props to the delivery guy tho as he did his best). After a few phone calls to the establishment during and after the ordeal and no call back from management after I expressed my unsavory experience and dissatisfaction.

Food was very oily, spring roll was burned, and had a shell fish taste too it (beef spring roll). It was hot on delivery which was good, however they didn't send utensils. How am I supposed to eat this? Disappointed.

Food was so nasty , greasy -I could pour the grease out of the dishes , chicken balls brown inside , I threw the food in garbage $62 wasted, this was ordered July 5,2025 I even called and asked for replacement the man on the phone basically ignored me ! Terrible place , never again !!!!
