Yesterday was our wedding anniversary we wanted a steak dinner so decided to try Chop. Our server, Andrew, was very good, he was very knowledgeable with regards to the menu and the wine list. The food was great, especially the little tuna bites to begin. We will definitely recommend. Thank you for a very pleasant evening.

A recent visit to chop was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the short rib special that came with mushroom risotto and broccolini. The short rib (one rib) had very little meat, no sauce and seemed dry. The plate was overflowing with chewy broccolini and beneath the broccolini, I found the mushroom risotto. The mushroom risotto was definitely the star of the dish. I would definitely not order this special again as it was not worth the cost of the dish.

Our dinner was great! We were celebrating my husband's upcoming birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. I want to send a shoutout to Carissa - she was the best. We've been here several times but she really made tonight amazing. She knew the menu inside and out and offered recommendations for us. Great server all around.

Chop Steakhouse in Saskatoon was a fantastic experience! Conveniently connected to my hotel, it was the perfect spot to unwind. I sat at the bar and received excellent service. The Mezcal Old-Fashioned was outstanding, and the appetizers were just as impressive — crispy Brussels sprouts, goat cheese golden beet salad, and Ahi tuna tataki all hit the mark. A great spot for delicious food, drinks, and top-notch service!

I had the best experience here tonight. Carissa is probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Was very kind, friendly, professional and patient even on such a busy night. Every table was full. Explained the menu really well and helped me make a good choice. The food was fantastic.

We were seated right away with no reservations. 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. They welcomed my toddler so warmly (if your a parent iykyk) and sat us down in a great spot. Before our server even got to us they brought out a small plate with fruit and cucumbers for our toddler. Our server was amazing. We ordered our food and while we waited, another lady came out with a mini appy complimentary of the chef. Everything was amazing!! Best restaurant steakhouse we have been to in a very long time.
